    摘要: An imaging cartridge includes an image carrier, a developing device, a cleaning device, a waste toner box, a communication section and transporter means. A communication section formed by positioning a first joint section of the cleaning device and a second joint section of the waste toner box in overlapping positions. Opposed faces of the first joint section and the second joint section are formed such that the first extended regions are gradually extended toward the image carrier and the second extended regions are gradually extended toward the opposed side of the image carrier.

The encoder is configured to compression-encode input uncompressed video data, to thereby generate compressed video data. The synthesis processor is configured to uncompression-decode the compressed video data generated by the encoder, to thereby obtain decoded video data having a time range, to obtain uncompressed video data of a time range same as the time range of the decoded video data, and to generate synthesized video data in which a video image of the decoded video data and a video image of the uncompressed video data are displayed in sync with each other and in parallel to each other on one display screen.

    摘要: An information processing apparatus includes: a data capturing unit controlling a recording medium containing video data and capturing encoding target data; a characteristic extraction unit receiving the encoding target data and extracting a characteristic point, at least including a dividable point, of the encoding target data as a preprocess for encoding; a storage unit storing the encoding target data; a memory unit storing information about the characteristic point extracted by the characteristic extraction unit; a dividing unit dividing the encoding target data into predetermined pieces of divided data; and encoding units encoding the divided data into divided encoded data. The dividing unit determines a dividing point, at which the encoding target data are substantially equally allocatable to the encoding units, on the basis of the total number of the encoding units and the information about the characteristic point, and then allocates the divided data to the encoding units.

    摘要: A method and apparatus capable of displaying a high-quality image using a reversible image display medium in which a cell(s) formed between two substrates accommodates at least two kinds of frictionally chargeable dry developing particles having different chargeable polarities and different optical reflection densities in image display, an electric field strength of, e.g., 0.3 V/μm to 3.0 V/μm is applied to the developer. An oscillating force (e.g. oscillating magnetic filed) is applicable and the oscillating force is substantially stopped during application of the electrostatic field. After completion of the electrostatic field, the surface of the medium on the image observation side may be charged to a potential holding the displayed image. Optionally, before image display, an alternating electric field may be applied to stir the developer for initialization of the medium.
