摘要： A surface reflectivity of a solar cell is reduced by applying a nanopillar array including a plurality of nanopillars to the solar cell. Further, by constituting the nanopillars with a Si/SiGe superlattice and controlling a Ge composition ratio of a SiGe layer (2), excited electron and hole are spatially separated in different layers, thus increasing a carrier lifetime, and at the same time, an optical-electrical conversion efficiency is improved by a multi-exciton phenomenon due to a quantum confinement effect. In addition, by forming an intermediate band by thinning a Si layer (1) and the SiGe layer (2), a carrier extraction efficiency is improved.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger tube in which a tube for a heat exchanger formed by brazing is manufactured using a sheet material, wherein a filler metal melted during brazing can be prevented from entering an opening formed in an opposing portion or a parallel portion formed when bending a sheet material into a tube shape or an opening facing toward the outside of the tube. The opposing portion, the parallel portion, or the opening facing toward the outside of the tube is sealed. As the sealing means, friction welding is preferable.

The memory chip includes a memory circuit to be tested, and the logic chip includes an internal logic circuit and a test processor electrically connected therewith. The test processor is connected with an access terminal of the memory circuit and supplies a test signal input from an external terminal to the access terminal to thereby test the memory circuit. The test processor includes a high-speed test control circuit to adjust signal delay and supplies a test signal from the external terminal to the access terminal through the high-speed test control circuit when performing high-speed test at an actual operation speed.

摘要： A stator unit for a torque converter includes a stator, a one-way clutch mounted radially inside the stator, and thrust bearings provided on both axial sides of the one-way clutch. The one-way clutch includes an outer ring having a peripheral wall and side walls extending radially inwardly from the respective side edges of the peripheral wall and each having a flange formed at the radially inner edge thereof, an inner ring which is in sliding contact with the flanges, and sprags disposed between the inner surface of the peripheral wall and the outer surface of the inner ring. Each of the thrust bearings has a stake which is pressed into one of engaging steps formed in the radially inner surface of the stator until the bearing ring of the thrust bearing is pressed against one of the side walls and one of axial end surfaces of the inner ring, thereby retaining the component parts so as to be inseparable from the stator.
