摘要: This invention relates to a novel method for assaying 1,5-anhydroglucitol, which is expected to serve as a marker for diabetes, and a kit therefor. More particularly, it relates to:(1) a method for assaying 1,5-anhydroglucitol, which comprises selectively removing sugars from a specimen containing 1,5-anhydroglucitol; allowing pyranose oxidase or L-sorbose oxidase to act on 1,5-anhydroglucitol contained in the sample thus obtained in the presence of oxygen; and determining 1,5-anhydroglucitol from the amount of the hydrogen peroxide thus formed; and(2) a reagent kit for assaying 1,5-anhydroglucitol which comprises an agent for removing sugars, a reagent for detecting hydrogen peroxide and an enzyme for oxidizing 1,5-anhydroglucitol.

摘要: The present invention relates to novel hydantoin derivatives, processes for producing said hydantoin derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one of said hydantoin derivatives as aldose reductase inhibitors and novel intermediate compounds in the synthesis of said hydantoin derivatives.The present invention is based on the selection of a hydantoin which is bonded by a sulfonyl group to various substituents at the 1-position of the hydantoin skeleton.

摘要: A switching device and circuit comprises a bipolar transistor and at least two field effect transistors for controlling the bipolar transistor. A first field effect transistor has its drain and source connected across the collector-base of the bipolar transistor and a second field effect transistor has its drain and source connected across the base-emitter of the bipolar transistor. Gates of the first and second field effect transistors are connected in common and supplied with a voltage signal. The first field effect transistor is of an enhancement type and the second field effect transistor is of a depletion type.

摘要: A coating apparatus wherein the coating is made by a coater while a support is carried in a non-contacting manner by a gas jetted from a gas jetting device towards the support. The gas jetting device has a hollow housing into which the gas is introduced from a gas source, the wall of the housing adjacent to the support being provided with a plurality of gas jetting nozzle ports through which the gas is jetted towards the support, each gas jetting nozzle port having a throat portion presenting a minimum cross-sectional area inwardly spaced from the outer surface of the wall of the housing and an enlarged outlet portion presenting a comparatively large diameter and opening in surface of the wall. The ratio of port area is adjusted in such a manner that the rate of jetting of the gas from unit area of the outer surface of the gas jetting device becomes smaller as the width of the support is increased.

摘要: A pressure transducer comprises a pressure sensor including a bridge connection of gauging resistors formed on a semiconductor substrate, and a power supply connected to the pressure sensor for driving it and basically acting as a constant current source. The power supply includes at least two transistors formed on the semiconductor substrate. One of the transistors provides a collector current which is less in temperature-dependency relative to that of the other transistor, and the other transistor has a collector circuit connected to the pressure sensor and provides a collector current corresponding to a sum of a substantially temperature-dependent current and a substantially temperature-independent current. A ratio of the temperature-dependent current to the temperature-independent current is adjusted by selecting operation characteristics of the two transistors such that a temperature characteristic of the collector current of the other transistor is substantially inversely proportional to a temperature characteristic of the output of the pressure sensor when it is driven with a constant voltage.

摘要: The present turret type television tuner comprises a U-shaped chassis having first and second end walls joined by a side wall. A main channel selecting shaft is supported in said end walls. A toothed index wheel is mounted on the selector shaft adjacent the first end wall. A fine tuning shaft is mounted concentrically around the selector shaft. A fine tuning drive includes a first driving gear mounted concentrically on the fine tuning shaft and a second driving gear mounted on a pivotally mounted member on the second end wall. A coupling clutch permits a fine tuning operation. A torsion bar spring member including a bail portion is mounted on the first and second end walls, whereby a first resilient arm of the spring member extends along the first end wall to engage the toothed index wheel, while a second resilient arm portion extends along said second end wall to engage the selector shaft and bias it against its bearing surfaces. A rotatable turret includes a plurality of coil units and supporting discs fixed on said main shaft. Each of the coil units includes an elongated bar and coils making up a tuned circuit for each stage. The inductance of at least one of the coils is adjustable for fine tuning. A stator includes a printed circuit board and a stator bar having a plurality of spring contacts cooperating with selected coil units. The second resilient arm of the spring member provides a bias force against the selector shaft in a direction opposite to that of the spring contacts of the printed circuit board on the stator.

摘要: A DC amplifier circuit with transformer coupled isolation comprises a DC amplifier, an electronic switching element connected to the output terminal of the DC amplifier, a pulse generator for driving the electronic switching element, a small pulse transformer having a primary winding and secondary winding. To the primary winding of the small transformer pulsating signals from the electronic switching element are applied, and two substantially identical circuits each having a diode and a condenser in series are connected respectively across the primary winding and the secondary winding of the small pulse transformer. Means for feeding back the smoothed signals from the circuit across the primary winding of the small pulse transformer is connected to a negative input terminal of the DC amplifier.
