    摘要: A fuel cell has a stack structure in which fired sheet bodies (laminates each including a fuel electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an air electrode layer) and support members for supporting the sheet bodies are stacked in alternating layers. Each of the sheet bodies is warped downward (toward an air-electrode-layer side). Because of a magnitude relationship of thermal expansion coefficient among the layers in the sheet body and that between the support member and the sheet body, a warp height gradually lessens in the course of temperature rise at start-up. However, even when a working temperature (800° C. or the like) is reached, the sheet bodies are still warped downward. By virtue of presence of the warp, the sheet bodies become unlikely to be deformed at the working temperature.

    摘要: There is disclosed a diaphragm structure that includes: a ceramic substrate 3 in which at least one opening 2 is formed, and a thin diaphragm portion 4 having a shape protruding on a side opposite to the opening 2 and constituted of a ceramic fired integrally with the ceramic substrate 3 in such a manner as to cover the opening 2. An opening shape of the opening 2 is a shape including at least one tip portion 5 in a longitudinal direction, having a curved shape, and a tapered portion 6 whose opening width gradually narrows toward the tip portion 5 and which is constituted of a curve or a straight line, and a portion of the diaphragm portion 4 corresponding to the tapered portion 6 has such a shape that a protruding height gradually lowers toward the tip portion 5.

    摘要: A piezoelectric/electrostrictive device includes: a ceramic substrate having a frame-like thick portion, a thin diaphragm portion, and a cavity formed by the thick portion and the thin diaphragm portion to communicate with the outside; and a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element having a layered structure including a lower electrode, a piezoelectric/electrostrictive film, and an upper electrode. Furthermore, the thin diaphragm portion is provided with an outward protruding arch shape, and in the piezoelectric/electrostrictive element, there remains a tensile stress parallel to a fixed surface of the element to the thin diaphragm portion. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive device is superior in response, and in the device high-precision (high-resolution, high-sensitivity) detection is possible, while effectively preventing decay of vibration of a thin diaphragm portion and maintaining displacement (amplitude) to be high.
