摘要: Described herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for implementing automated vehicle safety response measures to ensure continued safe automated vehicle operation for a limited period of time after a vehicle component or vehicle system that supports an automated vehicle driving function fails. When a critical vehicle component/system such as a vehicle computing platform fails, the vehicle is likely no longer capable of performing calculations required to safely operate and navigate the vehicle in an autonomous manner, or at a minimum, is no longer able to ensure the accuracy of such calculations. In such a scenario, the automated vehicle safety response measures disclosed herein can ensure - despite failure of the vehicle component/system -continued safe automated operation of the vehicle for a limited period of time in order to bring the vehicle to a safe stop.

摘要: A diagnosis apparatus that is mounted on equipment and diagnoses a state of the equipment includes a timing decision section configured to decide timing at which the diagnosis apparatus diagnoses the state of the equipment. The timing decision section is configured to decide the timing such that a length of a time interval for a diagnosis during a first time period is equal to or less than a first reference value, and a length of a time interval for a diagnosis during a second time period is greater than the first reference value. The first time period and the second time period do not temporally overlap.

摘要: An information processing method is provided to reduce an amount of data to be monitored in an onboard system of a vehicle. In the method, detection results that indicate whether an abnormality is included in communication data on an onboard network are obtained, and a first log transmission instruction is generated to cause periodic transmission of a first log from the onboard system to a server device. The first log is a log of some of the communication data. A second log transmission instruction is generated to cause transmission of a second log from the onboard system to the server device in a case of the detection results indicating the abnormality is included in the communication data. The second log is a log of more of the communication data than the first log.

摘要: A navigation instruction of an autonomous vehicle is detected. The autonomous vehicle is in an environment. The autonomous vehicle is communicatively coupled to a plurality of sensors configured to capture environmental information of the environment. An anomalous sensor status of a first sensor of the plurality of sensors is determined based on the plurality of sensors. An air measurement is identified in response to the anomalous sensor status and based on a second sensor of the plurality of sensors. The air measurement is adjacent to the autonomous vehicle. Autonomous movement operation of the autonomous vehicle is directed in response to the movement instruction and based on the air measurement.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a buffer resources prioritizing system for storage prioritization in an event buffer configured to continuously collect operational data of an Automated Driving System, ADS, of a vehicle. The buffer resources prioritizing system obtains sensor data of one or more sensors onboard the vehicle. The buffer resources prioritizing system further determines, at least partly based on the sensor data, current ADS-related operational conditions at least comprising states of vehicle surroundings and internal states of the vehicle. Moreover, the buffer resources prioritizing system determines an upcoming scene predicted to evolve from the current operational conditions. Furthermore, the buffer resources prioritizing system deduces based on assessment of the predicted scene, a storage priority score thereof reflecting predicted relevance of freezing event data of the predicted scene in the event buffer. The disclosure also relates to a buffer resources prioritizing system.

摘要: The disclosed technology provides solutions for validating/verifying perception outputs, e.g., from a perception module of an autonomous vehicle (AV) software stack. In some aspects, a process of the disclosed technology can include steps for providing sensor data to a perception module, receiving, from the perception module, a first perception output based on the sensor data, providing the sensor data to a validation module, and receiving, from the validation module, a second perception output based on the sensor data. In some aspects, the process can further include steps for determining if the first perception output corresponds with the second perception output. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

摘要: A vehicle is provided that includes Ethernet controllers that operate first electronic devices and perform communication using scalable service-oriented middleware on Ethernet/internet protocol (SOME/IP). An Ethernet switch generates a communication path between the Ethernet controllers and executes communication between the Ethernet controllers based on the generated path. A plurality of CAN controllers operate second electronic devices and perform CAN communication. A gateway then executes the CAN communication with the CAN controllers, executes communication with the Ethernet switch, and transmits CAN diagnostic information of the CAN controller to the Ethernet switch.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for adjusting a volume of a variable volume device arranged in a fuel tank. In one example, a method may include, upon conditions being met, operating a pump of an evaporative emissions control (EVAP) system leak detection module (ELCM) to increase or decrease the volume of the variable volume device in response to a refueling event of a vehicle being transported.

摘要: A system for controlling a failure of an environment-friendly vehicle is provided to which a highway driving pilot (HDP) system is applied. The system includes a vehicle control unit (VCU) controller that operates a driving motor, an integrated electric booster (IEB) controller that operates IEB for controlling a brake of the environment-friendly vehicle and generate a request to the VCU controller for regenerative braking, and an HDP controller that calculates a required deceleration of the environment-friendly vehicle based on the situation around the environment-friendly vehicle, determined through cognitive control sensors applied to the environment-friendly vehicle. The HDP controller transmits the required deceleration to the IEB controller. At least one of regenerative braking of the driving motor or braking through the brake is performed based on a type of a fault message output by the IEB controller or a failure in communication between the HDP controller and the IEB controller.

摘要: A vehicle control apparatus includes a first control unit and a second control unit each configured to perform travel control of a vehicle based on a recognition result of an external recognition device group configured to obtain external information of the vehicle and a detection result of a vehicle information detection unit configured to obtain state information of an actuator group of the vehicle. In a case in which functional degradation of at least one of the external recognition device group, the actuator group, and the vehicle information detection unit is detected, based on the recognition result and the detection result, the first control unit determines contents of vehicle control in fallback control for restricting a travel control function of the vehicle and determines whether to execute the fallback control by one of the first control unit and the second control unit.
