A semi-finished product (31) includes a first curved portion on one end of a plate-shaped bridge portion (33), and a second curved portion (37) on the other end of the bridge portion (33). The second curved portion (37) includes at the end a second lock portion (51) to lock with a first lock portion (41). The bridge portion (33) and the inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second curved portions (35, 37) are pressure-contacted and caulked on the outer circumferential surface of the stabilizer bar (11) by first and second dies (61, 62). At least one of the inner circumferential surfaces (31c) of the first and second curved portions (35, 37) and the outer circumferential surface of the stabilizer bar opposed to the inner surfaces (31c) is formed with an anti-slippage portion (38). The inner circumferential surfaces (31c) of the first and second curved portions (35, 37) and the outer circumferential surface of the stabilizer bar (11) have an anti-slippage material (Co) therebetween.
Abstract:
A piezoelectric actuator includes an actuator base that supports a load beam and has an opening accommodating a piezoelectric element, a receiver member that is laid on and fixed to the actuator base and forms a receiver that faces the opening and receives the piezoelectric element, an adhesive part formed of a liquid adhesive that is filled in a space defined by the piezoelectric element, an inner circumference of the opening, and the receiver and adheres the piezoelectric element to the inner circumference of the opening and the receiver, and a suppressing zone that is formed along an overlapping area where the actuator base and receiver member overlap each other and suppresses penetration of the liquid adhesive due to a capillary phenomenon into the overlapping area.

Abstract:
An overhead wire tension balancer can prevent rotation of an inner cylinder connected with an overhead wire, without deteriorating rotation preventing function, even if stroke is increased, and does not complicate production steps. A rotation preventing plate is formed at the inside of an inner cylinder, and an opening which cannot rotate relative to the rotation preventing plate and which can relatively move in a condition which passes a long plate, is formed on the rotation preventing plate. The long plate is formed by two long plate pieces in an L shape in which a tip is bent, a hanging portion is formed by this bent portion and prevents the rotation preventing plate from disengaging from the long plate.
