In one embodiment, a method includes: receiving a first utterance from a user of the speech system; determining a first list of possible results from the first utterance, wherein the first list includes at least two elements that each represent a possible result; analyzing the at least two elements of the first list to determine an ambiguity of the elements; and generating a speech prompt to the user based on partial orthography and the ambiguity.

    摘要: The embodiments described herein can provide a variable reluctance sensor (VRS) interface that may reduce the probability of erroneous transitions in a resulting generated detect signal. As such, the VRS interface can improve the accuracy of position and/or motion determinations, and thus can improve the performance of a wide variety of devices that use variable reluctance sensors. To facilitate this, the VRS interface includes a pre-processing circuit configured to modify a VRS signal to prevent the modified VRS signal from dropping below a threshold value and generating erroneous transitions in the detect signal pulse between leading and lagging edges of a tooth. In one embodiment the pre-processing circuit comprises a peak and hold circuit. In another embodiment the pre-processing circuit comprises a resistor-capacitor circuit. In either case the pre-processing circuit can prevent erroneous transitions in the detect signal and thus may improve the performance and accuracy of the system.

    摘要: A system for supplying an aircraft with inert gas is provided. The system includes at least one fuel cell with an air inlet and an exhaust air outlet as well as a membrane device with an inlet, an outlet and a vapor-permeable membrane. The exhaust air outlet is in fluid communication with the inlet of the membrane device. The membrane device guides a gas from the inlet to the outlet and to give off to the outside through the membrane any water vapor contained therein. This leads to a cost efficient, passive and reliable dehumidifaction of inert exhaust gas for inerting purposes, and a dehumidification device that does not or only marginally increases the weight of the aircraft.

A method for producing an integrated circuit with a multi-level memory cell includes forming a gate insulator overlying a substrate. A thin film storage layer with nanocrystals is formed overlying the select gate and the substrate, and a left and right control gate are formed on opposite sides of the select gate such that the thin film storage layer is between the substrate and each of the control gates. A left implant and a right implant are formed in the substrate such that the select gate, the left control gate, and the right control gate are positioned between the left and right implants.

In one example, a method for fabricating an integrated circuit includes generating a photomask for forming a DSA directing pattern on a semiconductor substrate. The DSA directing pattern is configured to guide a self-assembly material deposited thereon that undergoes directed self-assembly (DSA) to form a DSA pattern. Generating the photomask includes using a computing system, inputting a DSA target pattern and an initial pattern. An output mask writer pattern is produced from the initial pattern using the computing system, the DSA target pattern, a DSA model, an OPC model, and a MPC model. The output mask writer pattern is for a mask writer to write on the photomask.
