Abstract: Novel compositions and methods for engineering wireframe architectures and scaffolds of increasing complexity by creating gridiron-like DNA structures (FIG. 1). A series of four-arm junctions are used as vertices within a network of double-helical DNA fragments. Deliberate distortion of the junctions from their most relaxed conformations ensures that a scaffold strand can traverse through individual vertices in multiple directions. DNA gridirons, ranging from two-dimensional arrays with reconfigurability to multilayer and three-dimensional structures and curved objects, can be assembled according the methods presented herein.

Abstract: A communications network system is disclosed. The system may include a central processing unit (CPU) in data communication with a first access point (AP) configured to enable a data communication between the CPU and a first user equipment (UE). The CPU may include a processor configured to select a first group of APs including the first AP, establish a first data communications link over a first frequency band between the CPU and the first AP, cause the first AP to establish a second data communications link over a second frequency band between the first AP and the first UE, and transmit a portion of data to the first AP over the first data communications link. The first data communications link may be a wireless data communications link. The first frequency band may include higher frequency levels than those of the second frequency band.

Abstract: Disclosed are compositions comprising chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) and related methods of use in cancer immunotherapy. Compositions include reprogrammed immune cells (e.g., macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells, and T cells) that are metabolically fit for tumor microenvironments. The engineered immune cells are reprogrammed to express one or more of recombinant CARs at their cell surfaces and are loaded with glycolysis accelerating metabolites (e.g., F16BP or succinate). Methods of treating a subject with a condition, such as cancer, are also disclosed and include administering an effective amount of a composition comprising an engineered immune cell to a subject in need thereof.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of generating neuropsychological functioning scores from test subject data. The methods include receiving a set of images produced by a test subject in which at least a first of the images comprises a rendition of a target image produced by the test subject at a first time point, and in which at least a second of the images comprises a rendition of the target image produced by the test subject at a second time point that differs from the first time point to produce the test subject data. The methods further include passing the test subject data through a trained machine learning algorithm and outputting from the trained machine learning algorithm a neuropsychological functioning score indicated by the test subject data. Additional methods as well as related systems and computer readable media are also provided.
