    Abstract: Methods and systems for providing an enhanced proximity services. The method includes monitoring, by a proximity controller provisioned in a preferred network, dual subscriber identification module (SIM) dual subscriber (DSDS) devices operating in the preferred network, detecting, by the proximity controller, a DSDS device operating in a non-preferred network, wherein the DSDS devices and the DSDS device are configured to switchably operate in one of the preferred network or the non-preferred network based on coverage, locating, by the proximity controller, from the monitored DSDS devices a DSDS device proximate to the DSDS device operating in the non-preferred network, and enabling, by the proximity controller, the proximate DSDS device and the DSDS device operating in the non-preferred network to establish a sidelink communication channel between the proximate DSDS device and the DSDS device operating in the non-preferred network for offloading data communications from the non-preferred network to the preferred network.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for supporting use of multiple bandwidth parts, some of which are in a dormant state from the perspective of a User Equipment device (UE) are described. In various embodiments a multi-cell grant is supported in which a UE can be, and sometimes is, granted resources corresponding of an active bandwidth part (BWP) corresponding to a cell which is active from the UE's perspective and a BWP of a dormant cell with the multi-cell grant being transmitted to the UE on the active BWP of the active cell. Various features relate to timing determination operations used to determine downlink and/or uplink timing to be used for bandwidth portions corresponding to a dormant cell. In some embodiments a UE PRACH signal transmission on a bandwidth part of a dormant cell can be triggered by a control signal sent on a bandwidth part of an active cell.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing quasi-licensed spectrum allocation among two or more entities within a prescribed coverage or operational area. In one embodiment, the quasi-licensed spectrum utilizes 3.5 GHz CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) spectrum allocated between two or more Federal or commercial SASs (Spectrum Access Systems), for use by various service provider entities such as a managed content delivery network that includes one or more wireless access nodes (e.g., CBSDs). In one variant, each of two or more SAS entities generate both proposed allocations for themselves and other participating SAS entities with respect to available GAA spectrum, and differences between the proposed allocations are reconciled and condensed using a dynamic, iterative process to converge on a final allocation which fits the available GAA spectrum and which equitably distributes the spectrum between the participating SAS entities.

    Abstract: A system and method for providing real-time router telemetry data to a customer. The system includes a response cache and a processor. The processor pulls, in response to a request from a management application, telemetry data from a device for all features identified for a customer starting an active session on the management application. The processor sends the telemetry data to the management application for display, stores the telemetry data in the response cache, and initiates a subscription process for each identified feature. Each subscription process listens for changes in telemetry data for an associated identified feature and pushes detected changes in the telemetry data to the response cache. The processor sends, in response to a request from the management application for a customer selected identified feature, real-time updates to telemetry data associated with the customer selected identified feature from the response cache to the management application.

    Abstract: A wireless base station (such as disposed in a building) synchronizes itself with each of multiple reference stations in a network environment that transmit wireless signals. The wireless base station receives the wireless signals from the multiple reference stations. Based on timing of the received wireless signals, the wireless base station determines its location in a building with respect to the multiple reference stations. The determined location is then used as a basis to notify an allocation management resource of a location of the wireless base station for allocation of one or more wireless channels.
