Abstract: The present invention relates to stem cell-derived mature cardiomyocytes and a cardiovascular disease model using same and, more specifically, to differentiation into mature ventricular cardiomyocytes by culturing stem cells in a medium containing FGF4 and ascorbic acid, and use of the differentiated mature ventricular cardiomyocytes as a cardiovascular disease cell model. The mature ventricular cardiomyocytes, obtained by culturing stem cells in a medium containing FGF4 and ascorbic acid and inducing the differentiation thereof, and cardiovascular disease cell model using same according to the present invention are very useful for screening for cardiovascular disease therapeutic agents and evaluation of the toxicity of new drugs.

Abstract: Disclosed is a video processing system including multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) configured to capture a video of a fire site, wherein each UAV has a control unit including an input layer and a first hidden layer (hidden layer 1) and a central server connected to the multiple UAVs by wireless communication, wherein the central server includes multiple hidden layers and an output layer. The video processing system performs a learning process to determine whether a fire has occurred using a feature map in which an original video is difficult to recognize and personal information is protected. Thus, it is possible to fundamentally prevent the exposure and infringement of personal information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an adenine base editor from which cytosine editing activity is removed, a method of editing an adenine base, and method of editing an adenine base. In the present invention, it was confirmed that four mutations (V106W, D108Q, F148A and F149A) in adenosine deaminase increase the specificity for adenine editing by reducing cytosine base editing efficiency, and ABE variants were manufactured by introducing respective mutations into a variety of more improved adenine base editors than ABEmax, and tested, confirming that the mutations significantly decrease a cytosine editing effect. Therefore, the adenine base editor according to the present invention is able to more accurately edit adenine, and the method of editing an adenine base can be effectively used in the field of gene therapy that has to accurately edit only adenine in all living organisms including humans, plants and bacteria or novel crop development.
