    摘要: In a thermoplastic resin laminate having at least three thermoplastic resin layers, wherein an intermediate layer interposed between a first layer of a thermoplastic resin A1 and a second layer of a thermoplastic resin B1, which are not bonded each other, is a thermoplastic resin composition which contains as a main component a thermoplastic resin A2 having a bonding property to the thermoplastic resin A1 and a thermoplastic resin B2 having a bonding property to the thermoplastic resin B1 and forms a dispersion structure, wherein the thermoplastic resin A2 forms a continuous phase and the thermoplastic resin B2 forms a dispersed phase in the intermediate layer at the vicinity of the interface between the intermediate layer and the first layer, and wherein the thermoplastic resin B2 forms the continuous phase and the thermoplastic resin A2 forms the dispersed phase in the intermediate layer at the vicinity of the interface between the intermediate layer and the second layer, the first layer and the second layer are firmly bonded by the intermediate layer.

    摘要: Connector housings (11, 12) to be mounted on a printed circuit board (100) have a plurality of rows of contacts (13, 14) extending from wall surfaces of the housing (11, 12). These contacts (13, 14) are soldered to conductive pads (23) of a flexible circuit (20). The flexible circuit (20), bent in a generally U-shaped, about an insertion portion (31) of a metallic guide portion (30) which is to be inserted between rows of contacts (50) of a mating connector (40) for interconnection therebetween. The guide member (30) preferably engages a ground conductor (176) on the reverse surface of the flexible substrate and includes extending portions (142) to groundingly engage conductive member (43, 124) positioned at both ends of the housing. In an alternate embodiment strengthening plates may be adhered to the flexible circuit between the opposed arrays of conductive pads and ground contact pads.

    摘要: A memory card connector with an ejection mechanism 10 comprises an operating rod 15 sliding lengthwise along a side surface of a frame 11 and a cam bar 16 linked to the operating rod 15 intended for the ejection of the card. A spring 17 is attached to an overhang at an inner end of the operating rod 15 and to a mounting member 19 on the frame 11. Because of such an arrangement, the operating rod 15 is forced forward; and at the same time, due to the fact that the mounting member 19 is closer to the center of the connector than an overhang 34 of the operating rod 15, the operating rod is forced to the side surface of the frame 11.

    摘要: A connector for an edge card has a plurality of contact terminals spaced apart in an elongated connector housing. Each terminal has a general U-shape contact portion which extends transverse through a contact cavity slot. The contact portion is horizontally cantilevered from a vertical cantilevered positioning portion which is disposed within a recess associated with the contact cavity, and is further displaceable therein in response to insertion of an edge card into the connector card slot. The insertion of the edge card into the card slot causes the terminal to partially deflect within the recess to bring an opposing contact surface into reliable contact with the edge card.

    摘要: A fluid pressure chamber is formed in a fuel injection valve, in which a piston connected to a nozzle needle is reciprocally disposed. The pressure chamber is supplied with fluid under pressure from a fluid pump through a check valve. The pressure chamber is also connected with an orifice. When a fuel is distributed from a fuel injection pump under pressure and supplied to the injection valve, the nozzle needle is lifted by the distributed fuel under pressure. When the nozzle needle is lifted, the fluid in the pressure chamber is compressed for causing a fluid pressure applied to the piston in a valve closing direction, whereby the starting of the fuel injection becomes gentle, decreasing combustion noises.
