    摘要: The present invention relates to aliphatic polyurethanes which contain acryloyl groups and are based on the reaction product (at an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of 0.5:1 to 1:1) ofa) 1.0 mole of a diisocyanate component containing at least 50 equivalent percent, based on NCO equivalents, of hexamethylene diisocyanate withb) 0.5 to 0.85 moles of at least one monohydric alcohol having a molecular weight of 116 to 144 and containing acryloyl groups.c) 0.15 to 0.5 moles of a monohydric alcohol having a molecular weight of 154 to 2000 and containing ester groups or a mixture of alcohols having an average molecular weight of 154 to 2000 and an average hydroxyl functionality of 0.8 to 1.5 and containing ester groups andd) 0.3 to 0.5 moles of at least one polyhydric alcohol having a molecular weight of 62 to 2000.The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these polyurethanes.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the preparation of urethane-modified biuret polyisocyanates by the reaction of(a) 1,6-diisocyanatohexane with subequivalent quantities of(b) biuretizing agents based on water and/or organic compounds which react with isocyanate groups to form biuret groups,to form biurets followed by removal of the unreacted, excess 1,6-diisocyanatohexane and any volatile components present, characterized in that at any stage before removal of the excess 1,6-diisocyanate,(c) at least one diol containing ester groups and having an average molecular weight of about 350 to 950 is added to the reaction mixture in a quantity of about 1 to 50% by weight, based on the weight of the 1,6-diisocyanatohexane, the diol reacting with part of the isocyanate groups present to form urethane groups.The invention is also directed to the urethane-modified biuret polyisocyanates obtained by this process and their use as polyisocyanate components in two-component polyurethane lacquers.

C. and liquid above about 150.degree. C. and(B) a organic polyhydroxyl component in powder form which is solid below about 40.degree. C. and liquid above about 150.degree. C.,components (A) and (B) being present in quantities corresponding to an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of about 0.6:1 to 1.2:1, characterized in that component (A) is based on a polyisocyanate or polyisocyanate mixture which(a) does not contain any blocking agents for isocyanate groups,(b) has a content of free isocyanate groups (expressed as NCO) attached to tertiary, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic carbon atoms of about 8 to 24% by weight and an average NCO functionality of at least 2.1,(c) has a urethane group content (expressed as --NH--CO--O--) of about 3 to 30% by weight and(d) has an isocyanurate group content (expressed as C.sub.3 N.sub.3 O.sub.3) of 0 to about 30% by weight.The present invention also relates to the use of this powder lacquer for the production of coatings on heat-resistant substrates by methods known in powder lacquer technology.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to aqueous coating compositions suitable for use as coating and finishing agents for surface coatings, preferably PVC or polyurethane coatings, based on sedimentation-stable polyurethane dispersions having a solids content of about 10-70% by weight wherein the polyurethane-urea solids material is based on polyester diols, low molecular weight diols and optionally triols, chemically incorporated hydrophilic groups, specific mixtures of diisocyanates and polyamine chain extenders having an average functionality of greater than 2 and wherein the aqueous preparations additionally contain alkoxylated dimethyl-polysiloxanes and water-soluble polyethylene oxides. The present invention is also directed to a process for applying top coats and finishes to surface coatings, preferably PVC or polyurethane surface coatings, wherein the above-described aqueous coating and finishing agents are used as the top coat and the coatings are cured at about 70.degree.-170.degree. C.
