摘要: In a cooling fan drive system for a travel type working machine, the rotational speed of a cooling fan is controlled to the optimum rotational speed in accordance with temperature increase of the temperature of an engine cooling water, and the engine rotational speed is smoothly increased when the engine rotational speed is increased under travel acceleration. A fourth fan target rotational speed calculator 35e and a minimum value selector 35f are provided, and under non-operation, the fan target rotational speed is set to a low rotational speed irrespective of the temperature. When an acceleration pedal 12 is depressed to increase the rotational speed of the engine under travel acceleration, the increase of the drive pressure of a hydraulic motor 23 due to increase of the rotation of the cooling fan 9 is suppressed, and the load on the engine 1 is reduced.

摘要: Before a large amount of PM is deposited in a filter 32, an exhaust gas cleaning system for a construction machine regenerates the filter to avoid a decrease in output due to the exhaust gas pressure rise occurring immediately before the filter is regenerated, and to reduce the likelihood of unusual increases in the internal temperature of the filter due to the combustion of the PM, associated with the execution of the regeneration, and consequential thermal damage to the filter. If a value of a differential pressure across the filter 32 is greater than a predetermined pressure, a controller 4 conducts engine speed control to a predetermined rotating speed Na suitable for the regeneration, then enters forced regeneration automatically, and burns off the PM. When the sensed differential pressure decreases below a predetermined pressure, the regeneration is terminated automatically and the engine 1 is stopped.

摘要: When a mode selection command selects an economy mode, a mode selector 700e is turned on and outputs an engine revolution speed modification value ΔN0 (ΔN1=ΔN0) computed by an engine-revolution-speed modification value computing section 700d. A subtracter 700f subtracts the engine revolution speed modification value ΔN1 from a rated target revolution speed Nmax, thereby computing a target engine revolution speed NR2. The computing section 700d computes the engine revolution speed modification value ΔN0 depending on a pump delivery pressure mean value Pm. In a table stored in a memory, the relationship between Pm and ΔN0 is set such that when Pm is not higher than PA near a midpoint pressure, ΔN0 is 0 and when Pm exceeds PA, ΔN0 is increased with an increase of Pm. Thus, the revolution speed of a prime mover is reduced by mode selection so as to improve fuel economy.

摘要: An engine control system includes pressure sensors (73, 74), position sensors (75, 76), pressure sensors (77, 78), a target revolution speed modification value computing unit (90), and a modification value adder (70r). A target revolution speed NR2 for use in control is computed based on changes of status variables such that the target revolution speed NR2 increases from the target revolution speed NR1 applied from an input unit (71), and then moderately returns to the target revolution speed NR1. In accordance with the computed target revolution speed NR2 for use in control, a target fuel injection amount FN1 is computed and a fuel injection amount is controlled. As a result, a drop of an engine revolution speed attributable to an abrupt increase of an engine load can be suppressed without sacrificing the work efficiency, and lowering of durability caused by an excessive increase of the engine revolution speed can be prevented.
