摘要： A four-row cylindrical roller bearing is incorporated into between the inner peripheral surface of a housing and the outer peripheral surface of a backup roller. A sensor unit 7 is held in a portion of a collar disposed in the axial-direction end portion of the four-row cylindrical roller bearing. The sensor unit comprises a detect part for detecting temperatures and vibrations and a transmitter device for transmitting signals, which are obtained after output signals taken out from the detect part are processed, as radio signals. On a portion of a hold cover which is a separate member from the collar, there is disposed a receive antenna which is part of a receiver apparatus for receiving the radio signals transmitted by the transmitter device.

摘要： A sense amplifier has a pair of internal nodes that are precharged to a power-supply level. A first pair of n-channel transistors supplies current to the internal nodes responsive to a pair of data signals, both of which are initially high. When one of the data signals begins falling toward the low level, the corresponding n-channel transistor immediately reduces the current supplied to one of the internal nodes. A second pair of n-channel transistors, cross-coupled to the internal nodes, amplifies the resulting potential difference between the internal nodes, thereby pulling down the potential of one of the internal nodes. An output signal is generated from one or both of the internal nodes. The output signal is obtained quickly, because amplification begins without delay.

摘要： In a heat transfer pipe, annular grooves in a direction inclined at an angle of 45° to 90° with respect to an axis of the pipe are continuously formed at an interval in a longitudinal direction of the pipe. The annular grooves desirably have a groove depth of 0.20 mm or more, and a groove pitch of two to five times larger than the groove depth. Moreover, a ratio W/P of a bottom width W of projections of the grooves to the groove pitch P is desirably 0.1 to 0.9.

摘要： An optical system that controls laser beam spot profile for forming a high performance thin film by a laser heat treatment process is provided. In the optical system that irradiates a rectangular laser beam on a film formed on a substrate, intensity distribution forming, apparatus makes the intensity distribution uniform in the longitudinal direction while maintaining the properties of the laser beam 2 such as directivity in the direction of shorter side, making it possible to concentrate the light to a limit permitted by the nature of the laser beam and achieve the maximum intensity gradient on the film disposed on the substrate. Thus a steep temperature distribution can be generated on the film disposed on the substrate and, as a result, high performance thin film can be formed.
