摘要: A print head assembly and a printer using the same are disclosed. The print head assembly includes: a bracket, a print head and an elastic element. The bracket includes a first bracket body having a cavity and a lid covered on the opening of the cavity. A window is opened on the first bracket body. The print head is accommodated in the cavity of the first bracket body and hinged to the first bracket body via a first rotary shaft. The surface of a heating element of the print head is matched with the window and faces an outside paper pressing roller. The elastic element biases towards the print head so as to make the surface of the heating element of the print head have a tendency to extend outside the window. The print head assembly is capable of being detached as a whole, thus the requirements of performing single-sided printing and duplex printing in the same printer is achieved.

摘要: A scanning-printing integrated apparatus comprises a scanning passage (1), a printing passage (3) communicated with the scanning passage (1), a transitional passage (2) providing printing medium to the printing passage (3), a first driving mechanism for driving the paper conveying roller (12) of the scanning passage (1) and the paper conveying roller (312) of the printing passage (3), and a second driving mechanism for driving the paper conveying roller (21) of the transitional passage (2) and the paper conveying roller (312) of the printing passage (3). The two ends of the paper conveying roller (312) of the printing passage (3) are respectively transmission-connected to the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism via one-way bearings (71, 72). By providing one-way bearings at the two ends of the paper conveying roller of the printing passage, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism work independently without interfering with each other, so that the two driving mechanisms drive the manuscript or printing paper to be freely conveyed in the scanning passage, the printing passage and the transitional passage without increasing loads.

摘要: An integrated semiconductor structure containing at least one device formed upon a first crystallographic surface that is optimal for that device, while another device is formed upon a second different crystallographic surface that is optimal for the other device is provided. The method of forming the integrated structure includes providing a bonded substrate including at least a first semiconductor layer of a first crystallographic orientation and a second semiconductor layer of a second different crystallographic orientation. A portion of the bonded substrate is protected to define a first device area, while another portion of the bonded substrate is unprotected. The unprotected portion of the bonded substrate is then etched to expose a surface of the second semiconductor layer and a semiconductor material is regrown on the exposed surface. Following planarization, a first semiconductor device is formed in the first device region and a second semiconductor device is formed on the regrown material.
