摘要: A call loop avoidance capability is provided for preventing formation of a call loop resulting from handling of a mobile terminated (MT) call in parallel with a location update for a mobile device (MD) in a wireless communication network. The call loop avoidance capability prevents formation of a call loop between an old mobility and call management entity (MCME) and a new MCME when delivery of an MT call to an MD is performed while the MD is in the process of moving from the old MCME to the new MCME using a location update procedure. An enhanced call routing procedure supports direct delivery of the MT call from the new MCME to the MD (rather than delivery of the MT call by the new MCME to the MD via the old MCME) in order to prevent formation of a call loop between the old MCME and the new MCME.

The first UE may register for cellular telecommunication service with a cellular network using a first cellular service account, using a cellular communication link via a cellular radio. A second device may be discovered and a communication link may be established between the first UE and the second device. The second device may be registered to use cellular telecommunication capability provided by the first UE. Communications between the second device and the cellular network may be conveyed via the communication link between the first UE and the second device and the cellular communication link. Conveying communications between the second device and the cellular network may provide use of the first cellular service account for cellular telecommunication service to the second device.

摘要: In a system for managing chat automation, the system includes: a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive a signal indicating a communication is being initiated by an end user operating an end user device; receive information from the end user device regarding the communication; select a conversation path based on the information regarding the communication; invoke an automated chat resource for engaging in a chat communication session with the end user device, wherein the automated chat resource is configured to follow the conversation path during the chat communication session; monitor confidence levels of automated chat responses during the chat communication session; and redirect the chat communication session to a second conversation path in response to at least one of the confidence levels falling below a threshold level.

摘要: To allow more non-enterprise communication endpoints to communicate without having to allocate an extension for every non-enterprise communication endpoint, a request is received to communicate with an enterprise communication system from a non-enterprise communication endpoint. A temporary password is associated with a dynamic communication address (e.g., from a group of dynamic extensions). The temporary password and the dynamic communication address are sent to the non-enterprise communication endpoint. The non-enterprise communication endpoint registers with the communication system using the temporary password and the dynamic communication address. A communication session is established between the non-enterprise communication endpoint and an enterprise communication endpoint using the dynamic communication address. The temporary password is then disassociated from the dynamic communication address, thus freeing up the dynamic communication address for use with another non-enterprise communication endpoint.
