    摘要: A rubber composition for a paper feed roll contains at least a polymer component and a softener, has a 30% Mod (−40° C.) of less than or equal to 0.94 MPa, the 30% Mod (−40° C.) representing a modulus in 30% elongation at −40° C., and has an E1 (22° C.)/number of parts by mass of softener of greater than or equal to 0.008 MPa/phr, the E1 (22° C.)/number of parts by mass of softener representing a value of a dynamic modulus of elasticity at 22° C. E1 (22° C.) in temperature variance measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity, divided by the number of parts by mass of the softener relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymer component. These configurations provide a rubber composition for a paper feed roll and a paper feed roll that are excellent in maintainability of a coefficient of friction and wear resistance.

    摘要: A hot press cushioning material includes: a first nonwoven fabric forming an inner layer; and second nonwoven fabrics placed on both surfaces of the first nonwoven fabric and forming outer layers. Copolymerized para-aramid fibers having a basis weight of 80 to 400 g/m2 are used as a material of the second nonwoven fabrics. Fibers that are more rigid than the copolymerized para-aramid fibers are used as a material of the first nonwoven fabric. Each of the first nonwoven fabric and the second nonwoven fabrics has a heat resistant temperature of 270° C. or more.

    摘要: A shoe press belt includes a polyurethane in which a reinforcement base member is embedded, the polyurethane being in one piece with the reinforcement base member. The polyurethane constituting at least an outer circumferential surface of the shoe press belt is a thermosetting polyurethane obtained by curing an urethane prepolymer using a curing agent. The urethane prepolymer includes a first urethane prepolymer (A) obtained by a reaction between an aromatic diisocyanate and a polyol component containing an aliphatic polycarbonatediol represented by a chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), m is a combination of two or more of integers of not less than 2 and not more than 12, and n is not less than 3 and not more than 33.
