摘要: In some embodiments, a processor receives natural language data for performing an identified cybersecurity task. The processor can provide the natural language data to a first machine learning (ML) model. The first ML model can automatically infer a template query based on the natural language data. The processor can receive user input indicating a finalized query and to provide the finalized query as input to a system configured to perform the identified computational task. The processor can provide the finalized query as a reference phrase to a second ML model, the second ML model configured to generate a set of natural language phrases similar to the reference phrase. The processor can generate supplemental training data using the set of natural language phrases similar to the reference phrase to augment training data used to improve performance of the first ML model and/or the second ML model.

摘要: Embodiments described herein relate to recycling of spent lithium battery material. In some aspects, a method can include suspending a lithium source in a solvent containing an oxidation reagent to extract lithium, forming an extracted lithium solution, separating the extracted lithium solution from residual solids of a lithium source, purifying the extracted lithium solution by precipitating and filtering impurities, and precipitating the lithium in the purified lithium solution to generate lithium carbonate (Li2CO3). In some embodiments, the method can further include preprocessing the lithium source to improve kinetics of the lithium extraction. In some embodiments, the preprocessing can include a cutting or shredding step to downsize the lithium source. In some embodiments, the lithium source can include lithium-ion battery waste. In some embodiments, the oxidation reagent can include sodium persulfate (Na2S2O8), potassium persulfate (K2S2O8), ammonium persulfate (NH4)2S2O8, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), ozone (O3), and/or nitrous oxide (N2O).

摘要: Described here are systems and methods for accessing Schlemm's canal and for delivering an ocular device or fluid composition therein. The ocular devices may maintain the patency of Schlemm's canal without substantially interfering with transmural fluid flow across the canal. The fluid composition may be a viscoelastic fluid that is delivered into the canal to facilitate drainage of aqueous humor by disrupting the canal and surrounding trabeculocanalicular tissues. Tools for disrupting these tissues and minimally invasive methods for treating medical conditions associated with elevated intraocular pressure, including glaucoma, are also described.

摘要: The invention encompasses compositions and methods for designing or producing three-dimensional articles layer-by-layer, whereby the specific approach to build-up a region of a single layer by fusion, deposition of material, or other path-based process or non-path process that creates track-like geometries requires either differing track or track-like geometry, or track or track-like geometry printing parameters, within a region of a single layer or within adjoining regions of multiple layers, is disclosed. Employing this method, single layer or multilayer parameter-varying fusing and deposition strategies can be generated that reduce article fabrication time and improve article physical properties, in part by targeting a distribution of scan paths that satisfy covering problem overlap and/or dense packing criteria. Additionally, methods and compositions for designing or producing three-dimensional articles by altering the thickness of a material layer deposited during a print relative to the slice thickness or net displacement of a stage or of a material and/or energy-depositing print head, are disclosed. Employing this method can result in the reduction of article fabrication time and/or the improvement of printed article physical properties, where these results advantageous to printing are dependent on the print process, material properties, and feedstock properties employed during the print.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods for patient setup and patient target region localization for the irradiation of multiple patient target regions in a single treatment session. Virtual localization is a method that can be used to register a patient target region without requiring that the patient is physically moved using the patient platform. Instead, the planned fluence is updated to reflect the current location of the patient target region by selecting a localization reference in the localization image, calculating a localization function based on the localization reference point, and calculating the delivery fluence by convolving the localization function with a shift-invariant firing filter. Mosaic multi-target localization partitions a planned fluence map for multiple patient target regions into sub-regions that can be individually localized. De-coupled multi-target localization involves generating a separate planned fluence map for each target but constraining a cumulative fluence map to ensure dosimetric goals are met.
