The invention relates to a method for isolating anionic organic substances from aqueous systems using polymer nanoparticles with cationic pH-sensitive surface groups. Extraction can be carried out directly from diluted solutions, biological media (blood plasma, serum, urine, etc.) and complex buffer systems (e.g. PCR preparations contain detergents) without prior derivatization of the samples or addition of binding buffers. After separation from the surrounding medium the conjugates of the corresponding substances and polymer nanoparticles obtained in this manner can be purified through additional washing steps and effectively desalinated. Owing to the pH-sensitivity of the basic surface groups, the bound substances can be released in a targeted manner after separation by modification of the pH of the medium. By using volatile bases contamination of the released samples with ionic residues can be avoided. By adding small quantities of SDS and acetonitrile during the separation stage, the sensitivity of the method can be raised further, especially when the substance to be isolated are present in low concentrations (

The present invention relates to a new content substance found in leeches (Hirudo medicinalis), the derivatives of this abbreviated at the N-terminus and the C-terminus, and the desulfated derivatives therefrom as well as a process for the production of these compounds, and their use. These compounds possess thrombin-inhibiting properties and can be used to inhibit clotting in human and animals, for blood conservation, or as reagents for the analytical determination of thrombin.

The invention provides a method and apparatus for controlling the longitudinal dynamics of a motor vehicle, in which, as control output signal, at least one drive train actuating signal is generated as a function of input data comprising the current driving state of the vehicle, and the desired longitudinal speed or the desired longitudinal acceleration.Using these input data, controller-internal values for the desired longitudinal speed and the desired longitudinal acceleration are determined, and the drive train actuating signal is ascertained therefrom using an inverse vehicle longitudinal dynamics model to take into account the non-linear dynamics of vehicle behaviour, which is particularly relevant in the low driving speed range.

The system involves a regulating and control unit for producing actuating signals as a function of measurement signals of the measuring device. In order to implement transverse guidance of a vehicle, the drawbar angle formed during cornering between the following vehicle and the leading vehicle is determined. The drawbar angle is formed between the longitudinal axis of the following vehicle and a connecting line between the following vehicle and the leading vehicle and is determined in the measuring device as an additional measurement signal. A steering signal is produced in the regulating and control unit as an actuating signal for the transverse guidance of the following vehicle as a function of the drawbar angle.
