摘要: It is an object of the present invention to inhibit production of vapor within fuel when an engine is at a high temperature and to inhibit change of amount of the fuel injected from an injector.A fuel supply apparatus according to the present invention includes vapor production determining means (3) for determining whether or not the vapor of the fuel is producible, and control means (ECU) for operating a passage resistance adjusting means (47) of a pressure adjusting mechanism (40) to cause increase of the pressure of the fuel supplied to an injector (5) insomuch as the production of the vapor is inhibited when the vapor production determining means (3) has determined a vapor producible condition.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a filter device in which a filter is directly fixed to a container, thus eliminating the use of a filter frame. A fuel filter 6 of a fuel supply system 60 includes a filter element 22 for filtering fuel and a filter case 21 made of resin which houses the filter element 22. Ends 22b and 22c of the filter element 22 are directly fixed to an inner wall surface of the filter case 21 by welding. Further, the filter case 21 is formed, on the inner wall surface, with a groove 34 at each end of a weld part 36 in a longitudinal (vertical) direction. The groove 34 serves to receive a melted resin squeezed out from the weld part 36. To isolate the weld part 36 from a (filtering) body 22a of the filter element 22, protrusive ribs 32 and 33 are provided on the inner wall surface of the filter case 21.

摘要: A method of connecting an end portion of a stator coil of a motor to a terminal, including the steps of locating an insulating plate on one end surface of a stator; positioning the terminal on one side of the insulating plate opposite to the other side where the insulating plate contacts the stator; positioning the end portion of the stator coil on one side of the terminal opposite to the other side where the terminal contacts the insulating plate; pressing the end portion of the stator coil against the terminal with a contact end portion of a source electrode and a first earth electrode which are in contact with each other; contacting a second earth electrode with the terminal from the opposite side of the insulating plate; and supplying a welding current to the source electrode under the conditions that the contact end portion of the source electrode and the first earth electrode are pressed against the terminal and the end portion of the stator coil and that the second earth electrode is in contact with the terminal. With this method, the deformation of the terminal in conducting welding can be prevented, and it is not necessary to define a space for inserting the welding electrodes in the inside of the stator.

摘要: A stepping motor having a cylindrical stator core which is a laminate of plates each formed by blanking of a thin silicon steel plate, stator coils wound on an inner peripheral surface of the stator core, a support member fixed to a part of an outer peripheral surface of the stator core and holding a plurality of terminal plates, and a housing formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the stator core and an outer surface of the support member. First end portions of the terminal plates are made projected through the housing to the exterior of the housing and are surrounded by a socket wall integral with the housing to form a male connector, while second end portions of the terminal plates are connected with end portions of electric wires which constitute the stator coils, and are embedded in the housing. The distance from an engaging surface of the support member which engages one end face of the stator core up to the first end portions of the terminal plates which constitute the male connector is made coincident with a predetermined value and in this state the support member is held in a predetermined position inside the socket wall.

摘要: A photographic paper reserver mechanism disposed between a printing unit and a development unit and adapted for absorbing the difference between the processing speeds of the printing unit and the development unit. This photographic paper reserver mechanism is provided with a flap which is movable between a first position at which the flap guides the leading end of the photographic paper supplied from the first roller so that this leading end is received by the second roller and a second position at which the flap allows the photographic paper received by said second roller to be bent and suspended between the first and second rollers, and at least one guide arm which forms, between itself and the flap, a path through which the photographic paper is transported to the second roller when the flap is in the first position, and which is interposed between the first and second rollers so as to prevent the photographic paper from moving straight to the second roller when the flap is in the second position. The photographic paper can be guided from the first roller to the second roller while being positively curved and suspended.
