    摘要: A hydraulic system having a pressure generator which is protected against destructive overload. The hydraulic system has a pulsating feeding pressure generator, such as a piston pump, which feeds pressure fluid at high pressure into a damper chamber of a housing. A throttle body having a throttle bore is disposed on the outlet side of the damper chamber. For producing the protective effect, the damper chamber is preceded by a rupture disk communicating with the outlet. The throttle body suitably has a thin-walled portion, embodied as a rupture disk, in which the throttle bore is located. The embodiment described is advantageously usable in hydraulic systems in which pressure fluids are pulsatingly fed at high pressures.

    摘要: Methods and systems are provided for facilitating decision making through an improved recommendation system. The data used in the system, such as the questions and business logic for navigating between questions, is stored in relational database tables that are easy to access and edit by users. A backend application program reads the data and processes the navigation logic depending upon answers received from users to automatically generate a decision tree. Users are allowed to select questions earlier in the tree, and the application can regenerate a tree from the point of the selected question and on. The application program stores the questions to be presented in a structured document which is handed off to a user interface generation program.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing outer membrane proteins of gram-negative bacteria by gram-positive host cells. To this end, a gene structure containing a gene coded for an outer membrane protein is constructed; in front of this gene there is a pro-gene sequence which codes for a propeptide of an export protein of a gram-positive bacterium. In front of the pro-gene sequence there is a pre-gene sequence which codes for a signal peptide of an export protein of a gram-positive bacterium. After the cloning of a gene structure thus constructed into a vector and transformation into a gram-positive bacterium, the outer membrane protein is expressed with a signal peptide and propeptide, transported through the membrane of the gram-positive host cell and released into the test of the culture.

    摘要: An apparatus having a self-aspirating pump, with which, in a traction control mode, pressure fluid can be aspirated through an intake line from a pressure fluid supply tank of a master brake cylinder. Located in the intake line is a control valve that assumes its preferred blocking positoin and can then be switched into its open position by a pressure pulse generated by the pump, through a control line. This open position can be switched whenever a control valve, located in the brake line of the master brake cylinder, is switched by an electronic control unit of the control apparatus out of its preferred position thereby connecting the master brake cylinder to the wheel brake cylinders into another position, thereby carrying pump pressure to the control valve. Aspiration of pressure fluid from the supply tank is thus avoided upon pump startup with undesirable feeding. This prevents the production of noise from the pumping of pressure fluids into the master brake cylinder.

    摘要: The invention seeks to reduce structure-borne sound emissions of the reciprocating piston pump. The reciprocating pump is includes an outlet valve, which has a valve seat and a valve closing body that is received in a hollow space and is loaded by a closing spring. One outlet bore radially originates at the circumferential region of the valve seat and branches off from the hollow space. The opening of the outlet bore toward the hollow space extends at least approximately between the valve seat and the end toward the closing spring of the gap of least cross section, which is formed between the valve closing body and the inside circumference of the hollow space. As a result, a slowed opening motion of the valve closing element is attained, in which opening motion an opening gap opens up that has its largest flow cross section in the region of the outlet bore. The supply flow, which increases slowly as the outlet valve opens, results in a slowed force variation speed in the drive train of the reciprocating piston pump and a reduced emission of structure-borne sound. The pressure fluid pumping device may be used for instance in hydraulic motor vehicle brake systems having an anti-skid system and/or traction control system.
