摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material molding, having a step (A) for forming a plurality of partial preforms, each having a partial shape obtained by dividing the three-dimensional shape of a target fiber-reinforced composite material molding, by cutting a prepreg sheet containing reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin composition, and by preshaping the cut prepreg pieces; a step (B) for forming a preform having the three-dimensional shape of the target fiber-reinforced composite material molding by combining and integrating the plurality of partial preforms; and a step (C) for producing a fiber-reinforced composite material molding by compression-molding the preform, wherein the step (B) includes arranging a foamable material between the plurality of partial preforms when they are combined.

An acrylic film containing an acrylic rubber-containing polymer and a thickness of 30 to 300 μm, wherein the number of fish eyes that are 0.001 mm2 or greater in size is 130/m2 or fewer when a section having a light transmission rate of 75% or less for light having a wavelength of 400 to 1100 nm was detected as a fish eye A laminate film formed by laminating the acrylic film and a layer of at least one resin selected from thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, and photo curable resin. A laminated injection molded article formed by laminating the acrylic film on an injection molded article.

摘要: The present invention applies to a molding method for a fiber-reinforced plastic structure having an internal cavity. Firstly, grain groups, which mainly consist of a plurality of high-rigidity grains, are accommodated in bags, and a plurality of cores are formed. A reinforcing fiber substrate, is placed between the plurality of adjacent cores so as to be interposed therebetween. For example, a plurality of molding base materials are prepared by surrounding each core with a prepreg, and the plurality of molding base materials are combined and placed inside a molding die, and the molding base materials are compression molded. When compression molding, a part of the outer surface of the cores is locally pressurized, and the internal pressure of the cores is increased, changing the shape thereof, thus eliminating voids that are present between the cores and the prepreg and/or the prepreg and the molding surface of the die.

摘要: To reduce formation of side products and to enhance a selectivity rate in a method for producing 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate and in a method for producing glycidyl (meth)acrylate.The present invention is characterized by a method for producing 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate through a reaction of (meth)acrylic acid and epichlorohydrin; more specifically, the reaction is carried out by using 0.5 to 2 mol of epichlorohydrin relative to 1 mol of (meth)acrylic acid, and by adding epichlorohydrin to (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of a catalyst. Also, the present invention is characterized by a method for producing glycidyl (meth)acrylate through a reaction of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate and a basic carbonate compound in a polar solvent.
