    摘要: An electrophysiological sensor, weak electrical signal conditioning circuit and method for controlling the circuit as provided. The sensor includes rigid filiform conducting nanostructures connected to a conducting substrate and operable to penetrate an organic tissue. The circuit includes an instrumentation amplifier with an input connected to a first electrode in contact with a first area of a medium, and a second input; a voltage generating device connected to an electrode in contact with a second area of the medium for applying a continuous reference signal to it; a compensator, electrically insulated from the device, for compensating the direct current offsets of a weak electrical signal received by the first electrode, generating a signal with a reference voltage with a value which can be modified by a control system, and supplying it to the second input. A method is also provided for controlling the circuit.

    摘要: A dispensing device, a storage device and a method for dispensing powder in which powder is dispensed through a duct with a flat cross section to de-agglomerate the powder and to generate a spray with fine particle size. A storage chamber for the powder may be closed by a bursting element which is burst by pressurized gas for discharging the powder, the gas pressure reaching or exceeding a peak value before the bursting element bursts so that the powder is dispensed at a lower gas pressure. The powder may be forced through the duct by a gas pressure of less than 300 kPa to de-agglomerate the powder and/or to generate the spray. The storage device can have multiple storage chambers and associated ducts or nozzles, so that each dose of powder can be dispensed through a separate duct or nozzle.

The delivery device, an atomizer, has a liquid reservoir from which a liquid is forced through the nozzle under pressure. The nozzle fixing means may itself be secured by a second fixing, e.g., in the form of a check nut, or the fixing may itself be a check nut. According to the invention the fixing means on the nozzle outlet side has a specific geometry which minimizes the proportion of dispensed liquid deposited on the fixing means. Preferably, the present invention is part of a propellant-free device for nebulizing pharmaceutical liquids.

    摘要: An atomizer, a reservoir and a method are proposed for the delivery and in particular, the atomization of a formulation, particularly a powder. A pump and a spring are arranged inside the annular reservoir, the pump and the spring being moveable radially and in a sliding manner. The pump is actuated by the spring to put air under pressure for discharging powder from the reservoir. The reservoir comprises receptacles or cavities, each of which has an insert with a respective dose of the formulation. The receptacles are constructed as separate parts and/or arranged on a common or annular carrier and/or are sealed separately and/or on its outer circumferential periphery. The spring is tensioned and the air is sucked into the pump. Then, the next receptacle and a connecting element are aligned relative to each other. Finally, the aligned receptacle is pierced by the connecting element for supplying the air.
