    摘要: A method of positively detecting toxic materials within a sample, the method including contacting sub-mitochondrial particles having competent mitochondrial enzymes formed from inner membranes of mitochondria, an electron donor which transmits electrons to an electron transfer system of the sub-mitochondrial particles and the sample, and forming reaction resultants, adjusting a pH of a pH indicator which change color according to a change in pH, adding the pH indicators to each reaction resultant and identifying color changes of the pH indicator. Also provided is a kit for positively detecting toxic materials within a sample.

    摘要: Provided are a sensing switch and a sensing method using the same. The sensing switch includes: a substrate; a supporter on the substrate; a sensing plate that is connected to a side of the supporter and is in parallel with the substrate by a predetermined distance; a receptor binding region on an upper surface of an end portion of the sensing plate; an electric or magnetic field generation device that induces deflection of the sensing plate when a receptor bound to the receptor binding region is selectively bound to an electrically or magnetically active ligand; and a pair of switching electrodes that are separated by a predetermined distance and is connected when the sensing plate contacts the substrate due to the deflection of the sensing plate. A target material need not be labelled, a signal processing of a fluorescent or electrical detection signal using an analysis apparatus is not required, and a signal can be directly decoded by confirming whether a current flows through the switch.

    摘要: A packing device used to pack a sample inlet formed in an upper cover of a chamber is provided. The packing device has an air vent formed in the surface of an upper portion of the sample inlet contacting a cap or in the surface of a lower portion of the cap contacting the sample inlet. The movement of the sample solution in the chamber can be prevented by using a structural design in which air pressure generated due to the volume of a packing cap inserted into the sample inlet after the sample is injected into the chamber through the sample inlet to react with reaction materials, such as biomolecules, is not generated inside of the chamber. In addition, in a hybridization chamber in which a biochip is placed, the spot area on the biochip can be effectively agitated with the sample solution, thus increasing hybridization efficiency.
