摘要: A relief valve for a compressor includes a valve body, a relief port, a cap and a cover. The relief port is formed in the end of the valve body and refrigerant gas is blown out through the relief port if pressure in the compressor is excessively increased. An engaging portion is formed in the cover so as to be engageable with the valve body such that the cover is prevented from moving relative to the valve body. With the cover is mounted on the valve body through the cap, the relief port is covered by the end of the cap, a first clearance is formed between the ends of the cap and the valve body so as to be in communication with the relief port, and a flowing passage for refrigerant gas blown out through the relief valve is formed from the relief port through the first clearance.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an optical waveguide is provided which enables a recognition device such as a CCD camera to easily recognize an alignment mark for positioning a mold for over cladding layer formation. The method includes the steps of: forming protruding cores and a protruding alignment mark on an upper surface of an under cladding layer on a substrate by a photolithographic method; and forming the over cladding layer by use of the mold positioned using the alignment mark as a guide. For the formation of the alignment mark, a photomask is used which has an opening pattern for alignment mark formation including an opening, and a light transmission amount reduction region provided around the opening and having an aperture ratio within a range greater than 10% and less than 80%. The alignment mark is formed to have a peripheral side surface in the form of an inclined surface.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an optical waveguide for a touch panel is provided which achieves a small dimensional change due to heat to provide precise formation positions of a cladding layer and cores on a substrate. The method includes: selecting an elongated substrate made of stainless steel to continuously apply a first photosensitive resin composition; heating the first photosensitive resin composition to volatilize a solvent therein; irradiating the first photosensitive resin composition to form the cladding layer; continuously applying a second photosensitive resin composition; heating the second photosensitive resin composition to volatilize a solvent therein; and irradiating the second photosensitive resin composition with irradiation light through a photomask to expose the second photosensitive resin composition to the irradiation light, and thereafter dissolving away unexposed portions of the second photosensitive resin composition by using a developing solution.

摘要: An optical waveguide for a touch panel is provided which is not deteriorated in quality and which decreases or eliminates an undetectable region, even when increased in size. The optical waveguide is configured to be disposed along the periphery of a display screen of a display of a touch panel. The optical waveguide includes light-emitting optical waveguide sections, and light-receiving optical waveguide sections. At least one of the light-emitting optical waveguide sections and at least one of the light-receiving optical waveguide sections are joined together in an alternating pattern along one edge of the display screen. The light-emitting optical waveguide sections and the light-receiving optical waveguide sections are opposed to each other, with the screen therebetween.

摘要: A plurality of wiring patterns are formed so as to extend in parallel with each other. A plurality of test terminals are formed in a substantially rectangular shape such that respective widths thereof increase toward respective one sides from respective ends of the plurality of wiring patterns. The plurality of test terminals in each group are arranged so as to be aligned along a length direction of the wiring patterns. The wiring patterns are formed so as to be longer in the order, and the test terminals are further away from a mounting region in the order. An interval (width of a plating resist) between the test terminals in each group and the wiring patterns in the other group adjacent thereto is set to decrease in the order.
