Abstract:
A dual-unlock combination lock provides a first set of correct password and a second set of correct password to be used independently. After a password switch pushbutton is operated to drive a bracket to a corresponding position, a corresponding correct password is input into a combination wheel, so that an elastic member props the bracket to release from a transmission element in order to unlock the combination lock. One password element can achieve the effect of unlocking the lock by using two sets of correct password independently to provide a broader scope of applicability. The first set of correct password with the setting and use similar to those of a common password is provided for ordinary users, and the second set of correct password is a fixed code provided for designated users to unlock the combination lock by scanning an identification code by a mobile terminal.
Abstract:
It has now been discovered that activated lymphocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM)—also known as CD166—is the ligand of the innate immune receptor ILT3 that is expressed by DC and monocytes. It has been further discovered that the specific binding of ILT3 to its ligand CD166 on the surface of CD166-expressing cancer cells, arrested cancer cell growth and initiated apoptosis. Therefore, certain embodiments relate to methods and compositions for treating CD166-expressing cancers by administering ILT3Fc, full-length ILT3 or any CD166 ligand-binding fragment thereof.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a solar cell panel that includes a front-side cover, a back-side cover, a number of solar cells situated between the front-side cover and the back-side cover, and a number of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) devices situated between the front-side cover and the back-side cover.
Abstract:
In one or more embodiments, a data processing system can include at least one core capable of executing instructions of an instruction set architecture and a trace unit coupled to the at least one core. A call to a subroutine can be detected, and in response, a program trace correlation (PTC) message can be generated and sent to a trace port. Data associated with an execution of the subroutine and/or performance of the data processing system can be sampled and sent to the trace port. A return from the subroutine can be detected, and in response, a trace message can be generated and sent to the trace port. The PTC message and the trace message can be correlated, and the correlation of the PTC message and the trace message can be used to determine a boundary for the subroutine and/or the sampled data associated with the execution of the subroutine.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic module includes an optical concentrator and a tunneling-junction solar cell. The tunneling junction solar cell includes a base layer, a quantum-tunneling-barrier (QTB) layer situated above the base layer, an emitter layer, a front-side electrode, and a back-side electrode.
Abstract:
One embodiment provides an apparatus for material deposition. The apparatus includes a reaction chamber, and a pair of susceptors. Each susceptor has a front side mounting substrates and a back side. The front sides of the vertically positioned susceptors face each other, and the vertical edges of the susceptors are in contact with each other. The apparatus also includes a number of gas nozzles for injecting reaction gases. The gas flow directions inside the chamber can be alternated by controlling the gas nozzles. The gas nozzles are configured to inject a small amount of purge gas including at least one of: HCl, SiCl4, and H2 when the gas nozzles are not injecting reaction gas. The apparatus includes a number of heating units situated outside the reaction chamber. The heating units are arranged in such a way that they radiate heat energy directly to the back sides of the susceptors.
Abstract:
An aliphatic polyester-based sheet including at least Layer A including an aliphatic polyester, wherein XA of the Layer A is 3-60% and the Layer A contains a crystal nucleating agent and a compound having hydrogen bonding properties with the crystal nucleating agent, and haze of the entire sheet is less than 10%.
Abstract:
A sputtering coil for a plasma chamber in a semiconductor fabrication system is provided. The sputtering coil couples energy into a plasma and also provides a source of sputtering material to be sputtered onto a workpiece from the coil to supplement material being sputtered from a target onto the workpiece. Alternatively a plurality of coils may be provided, one primarily for coupling energy into the plasma and the other primarily for providing a supplemental source of sputtering material to be sputtered on the workpiece.
Abstract:
An electronic device enclosure includes a cabinet, a door, a connection element, a spacing element, and a torsion spring. The cabinet includes a front panel and a standing table. The front panel defines an opening for receiving the standing table. A pair of first engagement portions extends from the standing table. The standing table defines a spacing hole. The door includes a pair of second engagement portions and a pair of third engagement portions. The connection element includes a pair of first shafts and second shafts respectively engaged with the first engagement portions and the second engagement portions. The spacing element includes a sliding portion and two arms, the sliding portion is received in the spacing hole, and a pair of third shafts extends outward from the arms and is engaged with the third engagement portions. The torsion spring is fixed between the door and the connection element.
Abstract:
A locking enclosure includes a base, a cover mounted on the base, and two locking members assembled on the cover. A plurality of supporting recesses and two supporting portions are defined in the base. A plurality of barbs are formed on the cover to match with the supporting recesses, and two elastic arms are assembled on the cover to engage with the supporting portions, whereby the cover is restricted to move relative to the base, and is secured on the base. The locking members each comprise a resisting portion abutting a corresponding elastic arm. The resisting portion can be operated to make the elastic arm disengage from the supporting portion, to remove the cover from the base.
