    摘要: A ligand construct containing at least two, identical or different, ligand molecules which are capable of binding to a cell surface receptor, the ligand molecules being coupled via a spacer, wherein the ligand construct has at least one functional group for binding substrates. According to the ligand construct of the present invention, the immobilization of the ligand construct to various artificial substrates is facilitated, so that an artificial matrix can be easily prepared on an optimal substrate, whereby cells can be stably cultured.

    摘要: Disclosed are a spectroscopic optical system and a spectrometer both enabling vertical illumination by means of an optical system using only refractive lenses and enabling wide-band color correction in the DUV-UV (190 to 400 nm) range. The spectroscopic optical system and spectrometer each comprise a light source (100), a folding mirror (110), a field stop (120), an object-side focusing lens system (130) for focusing light onto a sample, an image-side focusing lens (140) disposed on the image forming plane of the object-side focusing lens system, and a spectroscope (150) for dispersing regularly reflected light from the sample. The object-side focusing lens system (130) and the image-side focusing lens system (140) are each a spectroscopic optical system corrected with respect to color in a broad band of wavelength from 190 to 400 nm and configured from only refractive lenses enabling vertical illumination. The working distance (WD) of each lens is set shorter than a predetermined distance, and the doublet interval (D) is set longer than a predetermined distance.

    摘要: Measurement cannot be made when trying to measure a wavefront aberration of a wide-angle lens, being wide in a field of view, comparing to a focus distance, by a Shack-Hartmann sensor, since an inclination of the wavefront exceeds an allowable value of inclination of the Shack-Hartmann sensor. The Shack-Hartmann sensor is inclined at a position of a pupil of a lens, and is controlled so that it lies within the allowable value mentioned above. Photographing is made through step & repeat while overlapping at the same position, to compose in such a manner that overlapping spots are piled up, and thereby measuring the wavefront aberration of the lens having a large pupil diameter.

    摘要: In order to achieve highly dispersive spectrometry in wide wavelength with the use of a single grism, but not a plurality of grisms, the grism is composed of a prism the vertex angle of which can be varied and a volume phase holographic (VPH) grating. More specifically, the grism comprises a prism the vertex angle of which can be varied; and a VPH grating being a diffraction grating and disposed substantially orthogonal with respect to a side including the vertex angle of the prism; the VPH grating being rotated around an axis being substantially orthogonal to the side of the prism, whereby a slope angle defined by the VPH grating and a predetermined plane is varied.

    摘要: There is disclosed an apparatus for the determination of a trace amount of an analyte substance or organism. A substrate solution is brought into contact with a small diameter tube which has captured, at least on its inner surface, a trace amount of an analyte substance or organism. The trace amount has the ability to change the pH of the substrate solution. A pH change following a reaction of a substrate in the substrate solution in the small diameter tube is measured; the apparatus has a cuvette having an inlet and an outlet for the substrate solution, a pH electrode accomodated in the cuvette, a pump for supplying the substrate solution in the cuvette, a positioning structure for positioning, in the cuvette, the small diameter tube with the pH sensitive plane of the pH electrode and spacing the surface and the plane at 1 mm or below from each other, and a sealing structure for maintaining a formed by the outer surface of the small diameter tube accommodated in the cuvette and the inner surface of the cuvette at liquid tight condition.
