摘要： A battery pack and an electric apparatus are disclosed. The battery pack includes a cell dummy and multiple battery cells, a housing, a mounting beam, and a support beam. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells are all disposed in the accommodating cavity. The mounting beam is disposed in a length direction of the accommodating cavity and defines, together with the accommodating cavity, a mounting space for accommodating the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells. The support beam is disposed in a width direction of the accommodating cavity and is mounted in a manner of fitting with the cell dummy. The cell dummy being provided with the support beam perpendicular to the mounting beam can enhance structural strength of the battery pack in the width direction of the accommodating cavity.

摘要： The present application discloses a battery, and a related device, preparation apparatus thereof. The battery includes a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism and at least two walls, the at least two walls including a first wall and a second wall that intersect with each other, the pressure relief mechanism being disposed at the first wall and being configured to, when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, be actuated to release the internal pressure; a thermal management component attached to the first wall and being configured to accommodate a fluid to cool the battery cell; and a support component attached to the second wall, and configured to support the battery cell; wherein the thermal management component is configured such that when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, emissions discharged from the battery cell pass through the thermal management component.

摘要： A battery box, a battery, an electric device, and a method and device for manufacturing battery are provided. The battery box includes a support member and an expansion member. The expansion member presses the support member so that the volumetric capacity of an accommodating space for accommodating binder between the support member and the battery cell changes. The volumetric capacity of the accommodating space can be adjusted. Therefore, under the condition that the accommodating space has a relatively large volumetric capacity, it is simple to inject an appropriate amount of binder; and after the binder is injected, the volumetric capacity of the accommodating space is reduced so that the binder spreads throughout the accommodating space. The foregoing box allows for binder injection reduction during battery assembly, thereby reducing the possibility of binder overflow, improving the safety performance of the battery, and also increasing the energy density of the battery.

摘要： The present application discloses a battery and a related apparatus, production method and production device therefor. The battery includes: a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism configured to be capable of being actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; an attachment component adapted to be attached to the battery cell by an adhesive; and an isolation component configured to be capable of preventing the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism. By providing the isolation component, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism in an effective manner in a process of battery production. Meanwhile, application efficiency and accuracy of the adhesive could be improved, thereby improving production efficiency of the battery.

The case is provided with at least two pressure balancing mechanisms, the pressure balancing mechanisms being used to balance the pressure inside and outside the case, and the at least two pressure balancing mechanisms being connected to a ventilation assembly at an outer side of the case, wherein a first ventilation assembly connected to a first pressure balancing mechanism in the at least two pressure balancing mechanisms is used to open the first pressure balancing mechanism to introduce air into the case, and a second ventilation assembly connected to a second pressure balancing mechanism in the at least two pressure balancing mechanisms is used to open the second pressure balancing mechanism so that the air in the case is discharged. According to some embodiments, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.
