Provided is a microfluidic control device and method for controlling the microfluid, and a fine amount of fluid is controlled even with natural fluid flow and solution injection, wherein a pressure barrier of a capillary is removed by a surface tension change resulted from the solution injection to thereby obtain transport, interflow, mixing, and time delay of the microfluid, and to detail this, solution is injected to meet the boundary surface of the stopped fluid when the fluid is stopped by the stop valve, so that a function of the stop valve is removed to obtain the transport, interflow, and mixing of the fluid, and the method for controlling the microfluid may be applied to the microfluidic control device for biochemical reaction, and it uses only the capillary force change resulted from solution injection to thereby have its structure simplified.

The present invention is to manufacture the organic silver solution by dissolving silver oxide in an organic solvent, and further provide an ink enabling a conductive circuit to be formed by applying it to an inkjet printer. Also, it is to provide a method for forming a conductive circuit on various substrates by printing it through the inkjet printer using the manufactured ink and further heat-treating it. The organic silver solution, a composition according to the present invention, can be manufactured by dissolving silver oxide in an amine-based compound and a lactone-based compound (or a lactam-based compound, a carbonate-based compound, a cyclic acid anhydride-based compound) by reacting the former an the latter, and in order to ensure the appropriate liquid fluidity for the inkjet printer, the ink was manufactured by adding an organic solvent, such as alcohol, a surfactant and the like thereto.

The present invention provides an imprinting apparatus, including a plate unit, and a plurality of imprinting modules provided on a lower surface of the plate unit. Each of the plurality of imprinting modules includes an actuator provided under the plate unit to be independently actuated by the controller, with a mold attached to a lower surface of the actuator and having a pattern on a lower surface thereof, so that the mold of the actuator is in surface contact with the upper surface of the objective material, a bonding unit to attach the mold to the lower surface of the actuator, and a compensator including an outer frame provided on the lower surface of the plate unit, and an inner frame placed in the outer frame so that the inner frame is self-aligned by the compliance of six degrees of freedom. The inner frame has on a lower end thereof the actuator, so that the actuator along with the inner frame executes a horizontal and vertical translational motion, a wobbling motion and a rotational motion in response to the conditions of the upper surface of the objective material when the pattern of the mold is imprinted on the upper surface of the objective material, thus compensating for a relative pose error of the mold with respect to the objective material.

Embodiments of the present invention may provide an apparatus and a method for transmitting a multi-carrier signal, the multi-carrier signal being generated by modulating a received digital signal. The received digital signal may be modulated to a first multi-carrier signal and a second multi-carrier signal. The first multi-carrier signal and the second multi-carrier signal may be combined to generate a combined multi-carrier signal, wherein the second multi-carrier signal is generated to have a same phase with a combined multi-carrier signal.
