摘要: A witness system using EDI (electronic data interchange) to perform efficient distribution and account settlement processes between selling and buying companies. A buying company makes documents according to delivery or order vouchers, and electronically sends the documents to a selling company via a notarization authority. The selling company compares the authentication documents with delivery or order vouchers the selling company issued, and, after determining that the documents are correct, executes a confirmation response to the notarization authority. The notarization authority registers the documents in the witness server's receipts detail table and notifies the buying and selling companies that the notarization authority authenticated the documents. This structure enables the making of accurate detailed payment statements when, for example, a detailed payment statement is made or a funds transfer is executed based on confirmed data. Furthermore, checking the detailed payment statement is made simpler through reference to the witness system server.

摘要: [PROBLEM] To provide a novel inspection method and system of a container enabling inspection of excess entrainment of air inside a flexible container and inspection of seal defects of a flexible container to be performed by a single technique simultaneously, enabling a full run of flexible containers to be continuously inspected on the production line, and giving a high inspection precision. [MEANS FOR SOLUTION] Inspecting for seal defects of a container and excess entrainment of air in a container in an inspected object comprised of a flexible container in which a liquid is filled, during which placing the inspected object in an air-tight container, sucking out the air in the air-tight container to reduce the pressure sufficient to make container outer walls of the inspected object expand, measuring an expansion dimension of the container outer walls, and comparing it with a preset threshold value to judge the quality of the inspected object.

摘要: The coupler portion of a connector assembly for interconnecting vertical columns and horizontal beams includes a rectangularly shaped hollow block member having a vertical row of slots formed along the height of each of its sidewalls. The block member is connectable to the top or bottom of a vertical column or between two abutting vertical columns by a joiner insert composed of a flat flange section and a transverse stud section extending normally outwardly from one side of the flange to engage within a central hole provided in the end wall of the hollow block member. The joiner insert also includes a plug section extending normally outwardly from the flange section in a direction opposite the stud section to engage within a socket formed in the end portion of each column. The connector assembly also includes a T-shaped bracket engageable within a vertical slot formed in each end portion of the horizontal beams. The bracket includes a plurality of vertically spaced apart downwardly open hooks which slidably engage within, and securely lock with, the block member slots to thereby interconnect the horizontal beams with the end portion of a column or between the ends of two vertically abutting columns.

摘要: A method and apparatus for forming a metallic sheet having a concave-convex profile by chemical vapor deposition utilizes a die having a profiled surface defined by a number of spaced protrusions. The method comprises covering at least a portion of the profiled surface with a mask of transparent material in such a way that the mask comes into a closely adjacent relation to the top faces of the protrusions, feeding at a reaction gas of a metallic compound to a restricted space defined between the mask and the profiled surface, radiating a light beam through the transparent mask onto the profiled surface in order to decompose the reaction gas and deposit on the profiled surface a metallic layer, and removing the resulting deposited metallic layer from the profiled surface to obtain a metallic sheet having a concave-convex profile corresponding to the profiled surface of the die. The apparatus comprises a reaction chamber within which the die and the mask are mounted for making the metallic sheet by chemical vapor deposition and includes a take-up roll driven to rotate to peel the metallic sheet off the die and wind the same thereon.

摘要: A ferritic alloy with a wear resistive oxide scale is obtained through the steps of pressing a ferritic alloy powder containing aluminum into a powder compact of a desired configuration, sintering the powder compact in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to provide a resulting sintered product, and heat-treating the sintered product in an oxidizing gas atmosphere in order to precipitate in the surface thereof alumina in the form of an alumina scale as the wear resistive oxide scale which is responsible for improved surface hardness or wear resistance. Due to the inherent porous nature of the sintered product, the oxidizing gas can readily penetrate deep into the surface of sintered product to facilitate the oxidization of the product surface into the alumina scale, in addition to that the oxidization depth can be controlled such as by the density of the product, which makes it possible to readily control the thickness of the alumina scale. The resulting alumina scale has an improved scale adherence due to the ferritic structure of the alloy.

摘要: A method of fabricating cylindrical rotor coil for use in coreless motors is provided, wherein coated insulation film on coil wire at a plurality of positions to be located at an axial end edge of the rotor coil cylindrically wound is removed for connection with commutator segments during winding operation of the wire into cylindrical shape. The winding operation is preferably intermittently interrupted for performing the insulation film removal. Advantageously, the removal is performed by dipping the particular positions into a molten state solder, whereby the film is thermally fused and removed and exposed conductor parts are simultaneously coated with the solder. The film may be removed, alternatively, by means of high frequency induction heat or high voltage discharge arc.

摘要: A miniature coreless motor in which the coil of the rotor is wound in hollow cylindrical shape rotatable within an air gap between a cylindrical permanent magnet and a cup-shaped yoke, the yoke having pole-pitch zones of alternate polarity. The winding is wound progressively so as to be turned back alternately at the respective end edges to form axially re-entrant bends with the convolutions of the winding forming an inner layer of wire and an outer layer of wire, each convolution being made up of elements which are angularly related so that each convolution passes through pole-pitch zones of different polarity. The elements forming the inner and outer layers of wire cross one another at an angle to form a thin cylindrical two-ply construction in which the end edges are rigid and occupy parallel planes. One of the end edges has the axially-facing insulation superficially removed to expose a conductive surface at the outer periphery of each re-entrant bend. A pair of brushes of resilient spring metal provide localized axial contact with the exposed conductive surfaces of the winding at peripherally spaced points.
