    摘要: A connector adapter including a light emitting element for emitting a laser beam and connected with a plug having an optical fiber, whereby the laser beam emitted from the light emitting element is introdued into the optical fiber. The connector adapter comprises a shutter member fixed in a connector and including a base portion having a first spring portion and a shutter portion connected to the base portion. The base portion undergoes elastic deformation at the first spring portion so that the shutter portion recedes from the optical path of the laser beam when the plug is pushed into the adapter to be attached thereto, and is restored from the elastic deformation so that the shutter portion intercepts the optical path of the laser beam when the plug is drawn out of the adapter to be detached therefrom.

    摘要: An optical module that is easy to manufacture and may arrange and position an optical element mounting substrate and a package with high precision is provided. A substrate side positioning groove portion is formed in an optical element mounting surface of the optical element mounting substrate on which an optical element is mounted, and a package side positioning groove portion is formed in the package on which the optical element mounting substrate is arranged. The optical element mounting substrate and the package are overlapped with each other with the substrate side positioning groove portion and the package side positioning groove portion facing each other. An optical fiber that is a positioning member is inserted between the positioning groove portions. Thus, the optical element mounting substrate and the package are positioned relative to each other. The respective positioning groove portions on the substrate side and on the package side may readily be formed with high precision. Also, the optical fiber may be manufactured with high precision. Thus, it is possible to position the optical element mounting substrate and the package with very high precision.

The four-stroke engine includes: an oil circulation pathway; and a gas-liquid separating chamber configured to separate oil from blowby gas. The gas-liquid separating chamber includes: an inflow part into which the blowby gas is introduced from the oil circulation pathway; oil discharge parts configured to flow the oil separated from the blowby gas back to the oil circulation pathway; and a blowby gas discharge part configured to discharge the blowby gas not containing oil mist from the gas-liquid separating chamber and supplies the blowby gas to an intake passageway to a combustion chamber.

    摘要: An optical module, in which an optical device can be mounted and repaired without damaging an electrode on an electronic device side, is provided. A photodiode (1) and a pre-amplifier IC (2) are mounted on a base (stem) (4), and except for that, a relay terminal table (7) is provided. The photodiode (1) and the pre-amplifier IC (2) are connected through the relay terminal table (7) by means of bonding wires (3a, 3b). The relay terminal table (7) is connected via the bonding wire (3a) to an electrode (11) of the photodiode (1), as well as via the bonding wire (3b) to an electrode (12) of the pre-amplifier IC (2). In repairing the photodiode (1) only the bonding wire (3a) is removed for re-wiring, so that the electrode (12) of the pre-amplifier IC can be prevented from being damaged.
