    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of production of a solution containing an abundance of 3-mercaptohexan-1-ol (3MH) and alcohol and having a desirable aroma by employing a grape skin extract; an aromatic agent employing the 3MH and alcohol containing solution; a method of production of a drink with an enhanced aroma; and a method of production of fruit liquor, employing a grape skin extract. The method of production of the 3MH and alcohol containing comprising: inoculating a starting material aqueous solution comprising S-(3-hexan-1-ol)glutathione and S-(3-hexan-1-ol)-L-cysteine with a lactic acid bacterium and yeast to produce 3-mercaptohexan-1-ol and alcohol. The starting material aqueous solution comprises a grape skin extract. The lactic acid bacterium is a lactic acid bacterium that is capable of converting S-(3-hexan-1-ol)glutathione to S-(3-hexan-1-ol)-L-cysteine. After inoculating the starting material aqueous solution with a lactic acid bacterium and conducting fermentation for 0 to 6 days, the aqueous solution is inoculated with the yeast and alcohol fermentation is conducted.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a cylinder block using a die apparatus wherein a columnar hole includes a bore in the cylinder block. The method includes the steps of abutting first and second split cores against an upper surface of a distal end core, the upper surface being located opposite the inner core, and introducing a molten metal into a cavity. An inner core is withdrawn to move the first and second split cores toward an axis. The first and second split cores are released from a formed product made of solidified molten metal. The split cores are removed from the formed product to form the bore, and an inner surface of the bore is cut.

    摘要: Methacrylonitrile higher in purity than that obtained by the conventional process is efficiently produced by the present improved process for producing purified methacrylonitrile in which the reaction mixture formed by the ammoxidation of isobutylene or tert-butyl alcohol is distilled using water as solvent to obtain a crude methacrylonitrile solution which contains methacrylonitrile as major constituent, methacrolein, hydrogen cyanide, and isobutyronitrile, and the crude methacrylonitrile solution is then purified in a product column, wherein the improvement comprises first removing isobutyronitrile from said crude solution, then feeding the remaining solution to the product column, withdrawing from the top a vapor containing methacrolein, condensing the vapor, returning a greater part of the condensate to the product column while removing the remainder from the distillation system, and withdrawing purified methacrylonitrile from the middle or lower section, preferably from a point lower than the feeding stage.
