    摘要: An optical module having: a first transmission line and a second transmission line, both connected in series to transmit electrical signals; a laser diode element; an optical modulator element; a termination resistance element for impedance matching; a first bonding wire connecting one end of the first transmission line and the optical modulator element; and a second bonding wire connecting the optical modulator element and the termination resistance element. The resistance value of the termination resistance element is set to stay in a range from 40 to 60 Ω, the characteristic impedance of the second transmission line is set to 50 Ω, and the characteristic impedance of the first transmission line is set to stay in a range from 20 to 30 Ω.

    摘要: The present invention provides a solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution enabling a lithium secondary battery to exhibit an excellent discharge capacity, load characteristics, and cycle characteristics even under high voltages, as well as a nonaqueous electrolyte solution that uses this solvent and a lithium secondary battery. This solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution is a solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, wherein the solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains a fluorine-free cyclic carbonate (I), a fluorine-free chain carbonate (II), and a 1,1-di(fluorinated alkyl)ethylene carbonate (III), and wherein with a sum of (I), (II), and (III) being 100 volume %, the fluorine-free cyclic carbonate (I) is 10 to 50 volume %, the fluorine-free chain carbonate (II) is 49.9 to 89.9 volume %, and the 1,1-di(fluorinated alkyl)ethylene carbonate (III) is from at least 0.1 volume % to not more than 30 volume %.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus of this invention is constructed such that a main base frame constituting the apparatus is formed with a pair of first positioning pins. An attachment member is formed with a pair of second positioning pins and positioning holes for fittingly receiving the first positioning pins therein to position the attachment member relative to the main base frame. A brake force supplier formed with mounting holes is attached to the attachment member while positioned relative thereto by fitting insertion of the second positioning pins in the mounting holes. When the attachment member is not used, another brake force supplier can be directly mounted on the main base frame and positioned relative thereto by fitting insertion of the first positioning pins in mounting holes of the brake force supplier.
