摘要： A method for controlling transmission data flow in a satellite communication system is disclosed. The current status is notified to a main board of a central station and to a main board of a terminal station in accordance with the flow control buffering status of a satellite communication board of the central station, and thus, the main board of the central station commands a starting or a releasing of a flow control to a subscriber board of the central station. In accordance with the flow control buffering status of the subscriber board of the central station, its status is notified to the main board of the central station, so that the main board of the terminal station can start or release the flow control. In accordance with the flow control buffering status of the main board of the terminal station, its status is notified through a satellite communication board of the central station to the main board of the central station, so that the subscriber board of the central station can start or release the flow control. Thus the system grounding-down due to the flow controls of the network factors and due to the user data rush is prevented.

摘要： A centrifugal extractor for extraction of an organic phase from a liquid mixture, such as liquid radioactive wastes, is disclosed. In the centrifugal extractor, both the separating weir and the divert disk are designed to be adjustable in their vertical positions. The extractor, thus, desirably separates the organic phase, including usable elements in addition to chemically toxic high radioactive elements, from the aqueous phase and desirably controls the reaction time of the two phases regardless of a variation of the mixing ratio and the rotational speed of the two phases. In the centrifugal extractor, a liquid suction and rotation unit sucks and rotates the liquid mixture and separates the organic phase from the aqueous phase while controlling the reaction time of the two phases. A height-adjustable separation weir unit is designed to locate the separating weir at a boundary layer between the two separated phases. A housing unit supports the suction and rotation unit and provides the path of two separated phases to the outside of the extractor.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a gas mask canister using a HEPA filter media having plastic separating plates inserted into between HEPA filter media at certain intervals. The HEPA filter, impregnated activated carbon, and a pre-filter are accommodated within a cylinder. The cylinder is inserted into a canister having an upper portion and a lower portion detachably coupled together. The impregnated activated carbon, the plastic separating plates and the casing of the canister can be reused, and the rest of elements are burned. A vinyl coating sheet is peeled off from the canister after each use. An indexing tab for recording the number of times of peeling is attached on each of vinyl coated sheets, so that the number of uses can be known.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for adjusting the height of an armrest, capable of adjusting the heights of the arm rests arranged at the left and right sides of a driver's seat, respectively, in the vertical direction according to the physical condition of the driver. According to the present invention, the apparatus for adjusting the heights of the armrests arranged at the left and right sides of the driver's seat of a construction machine, respectively, comprises: an inner rail which is mounted on the driver's seat and in which joint protrusions are formed on a guide rail unit such that the joint protrusions maintain equal spacing in the vertical direction; an outer rail which is coupled to the inner rail such that the outer rail is slidable in the vertical direction, and which is mounted on the side surfaces of the armrests; a locker which is rotatably mounted on the outer surface of the outer rail, and which has, at the lower end thereof, locking grooves into which the joint protrusions are to be fitted; an adjustment lever which is fixed at the locker, and which presses a handle unit so as to enable the joint protrusions to be withdrawn from the locking grooves when the locker rotates about a fixing pin; and a connection member for connecting the lower end of the locker to the lower end of the outer rail.

摘要： A data reproduction apparatus for an optical disc system is provided. Included is an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for sampling an input RF signal and outputting the sampled result, an adder for adding the sampled signal and an asymmetry correction signal. The added signal is output. A blank/defect detector is provided for generating a blank detection signal if no change in data is detected from the added signal during a predetermined interval of time. A correction signal generator is provided for calculating a digital sum value (DSV) from the received added signal, generating an asymmetry correction signal based on the calculated DSV, and outputting the generated asymmetry correction signal to the adder. A waveform equalizer is provided for waveform-equalizing the added signal. A decoder is provided for decoding the waveform-equalized signal and outputting the result. The correction signal corrector temporarily stops a DSV calculation operation with respect to the interval of the corresponding added signal, if the blank detection signal is output. Thus, an asymmetry of the RF signal is corrected to enhance quality of the reproduced data.
