摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing shrink films comprising: A) from 20 to 90% by weight of a biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic polyester and B) from 10 to 80% by weight of one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of: polylactic acid, polypropylene carbonate, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoate, chitosan, gluten, and one or more aliphatic/aromatic polyesters, such as polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate adipate, or polybutylene succinate sebacate, or polybutylene terephthalate-co-adipate; and C) from 0 to 2% by weight of a compatibilizer, where a blow-up ratio smaller than or equal to 4:1 is selected.

摘要: The present invention provides an aliphatic aromatic polyester comprising: i) 40 to 60 mol %, based on components i to ii, of one or more dicarboxylic acid derivatives selected from the group consisting of: sebacic acid, azelaic acid and brassylic acid; ii) 60 to 40 mol %, based on components i to ii, of a terephthalic acid derivative; iii) 98 to 102 mol %, based on components i to ii, of 1,3-propanediol or 1,4-butanediol, and iv) 0.01% to 5% by weight, based on the total weight of said components i to iii, of a chain extender and/or crosslinker selected from the group consisting of a polyfunctional isocyanate, isocyanurate, oxazoline, carboxylic anhydride, epoxide and/or an at least trihydric alcohol or an at least tribasic carboxylic acid. The present invention further provides a process for producing the polyesters, polyester blends comprising these polyesters and also for the use of these polyesters and polyester blends.

摘要: The present invention relates to single face or double faced corrugated fiberboard comprising one or more corrugated plies, wherein at least one of the linerboard plies or corrugated plies is a paper-film assembly comprising: i) a 30 to 600 g/m2 grammage papery material of construction, ii) a biodegradable polymeric coating from 1 to 100 μm in thickness. More particularly, the present invention relates to single face or double faced and/or corrugated fiberboard comprising one or more corrugated plies, wherein at least one of the linerboard plies or corrugated plies is a paper-film assembly comprising: i) a 30 to 600 g/m2 grammage papery material of construction as outer layer, ii) a biodegradable polymeric coating from 1 to 100 μm in thickness as interlayer, and iii) a 30 to 600 g/m2 grammage papery material of construction as inner layer. The present invention further relates to methods of producing this corrugated fiberboard.

摘要: The present invention provides a copolymer obtainable by condensation of i) 90 to 99.5 mol %, based on components i to ii, of succinic acid; ii) 0.5 to 10 mol %, based on components i to ii, of one or more C2-C8 dicarboxylic acids; iii) 100 mol %, based on components i to ii, of 1,3-propanediol or 1,4-butanediol, and having a DIN 53728 viscosity number in the range from 100 to 450 mL/g. The invention further provides a process for producing the copolymers, polymer blends comprising these copolymers and also for the use of these copolymers.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of polymer mixtures of i) polypropylene carbonate and ii) at least one further polymer, including the following steps: (a) reaction of propylene carbonate with carbon dioxide in the presence of a zinc catalyst, cobalt catalyst, or lanthanoid catalyst—in excess propylene carbonate or in an aprotic non-water-miscible solvent, (b) addition of an aqueous acidic solution to the reaction mixture after termination of the reaction, (c) removal of the aqueous phase, (d) optionally washing of the remaining organic phase with water, (e) addition of polymer component ii), (f) degassing and drying of the resultant polymer mixture and optionally removal of the aprotic, non-water-miscible solvent, and (g) pelletization of the polymer melt.
