    摘要: A covering member is used as a transparent protective member for protecting solar cells of a solar battery. The covering member includes a transparent high-sunproof film, a transparent high-moistureproof film laminated on the transparent high-sunproof film, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive disposed between the transparent high-sunproof film and the transparent high-moistureproof film. The high-moistureproof film is formed of two transparent polyethylene terephthalate films and inorganic oxide coatings coated on the respective films. The inorganic oxide coatings are formed of silica and/or alumina, and coating surfaces thereof are bonded to each other. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive contains ultraviolet absorbing agent and organic peroxide as a cross-linking agent.

    摘要: A sealing film is used for sealing a solar cell, and including an EVA film formed of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. The sealing film has concavities formed by embossing. A percentage defined by VH/VA×100% is in a range from 20% to 50%, wherein VH is the total volume of the concavities per unit area of the sealing film, and VA is the apparent volume of the sealing film which is the product of the maximum thickness of the film and the unit area.

    摘要: A power source device includes: a switching section switching an input voltage supplied to a load section; a smoothing inductor section smoothing and outputting an output current to be supplied to the load section in accordance with a switching of the switching section; a first inductor section decreasing an output inductance value of the smoothing inductor section; a second inductor section increasing the output inductance value of the smoothing inductor section; an electromagnetic induction activating section activating the electromagnetic induction between the smoothing inductor section and the first or the second inductor section; a load current fluctuation detecting section detecting a steep fluctuation in a load current; and a control section controlling the electromagnetic induction activating section so as to activate the electromagnetic induction between the smoothing inductor section and the first or the second inductor section when the steep fluctuation of the load current is detected.
