    摘要: Disclosed is a steel sheet having an organic composite plating layer excellent in press workability, spot weldability, electrodeposition coatability and corrosion resistance which comprises a zinc plated, aluminum plated or zinc base composite alloy plated steel sheet, a first layer of an insoluble chromate film of 5% or less in the content of water-soluble matter formed on the surface of the steel sheet at a coverage of 10-150 mg/m.sup.2 in terms of chromium content and a second layer of a coating composition having the following composition coated at a thickness of 0.3-5 .mu.m as a solid film on said first layer:(A) a bisphenol type epoxy resin having a number-average molecular weight of 300-100,000 in an amount of 30% by weight or more of solid matter in the coating composition,(B) at least one curing agent selected from the group consisting of a polyisocyanate compound and a block polyisocyanate compound at a weight ratio to solid matter in the epoxy resin of 1/10 -20/10,(C) fumed silica having an average particle size of 0.1-100 in an amount of 5-50% by weight of solid matter in the coating composition, and(D) a ketone organic solvent in an amount of 40% by weight or more of the coating composition, andthe solid content of the coating composition being 10-50% by weight.

    摘要: The present invention provides an organic composite plated steel sheet highly susceptible to cationic electrodeposition comprising a steel substrate plated with one selected from the group consisting of zinc, a zinc alloy, a zinc composite alloy, or aluminum, and a first layer of a less soluble chromate film having a water soluble content of 5% or less formed on the substrate in an amount of 10 to 150 mg as the total amount of chromium per square meter, and a second layer as a solid thin coating film of 0.1 to 2 .mu.m formed on the first layer, the second layer being formed with a coating composition containing 10 to 50% by weight of solids comprising:(a) 30% by weight or more of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 100,000 based on the total solids in the coating composition;(b) a weight ratio of at least one curing agent selected from the group consisting of polyisocyanate compounds and block polyisocyanate compounds to the epoxy resin solid of 0.1 to 2.0;(c) 5 to 50% by weight of fumed silica having an average particle size of 0.1 to 100 nm based on the total solids in said coating composition;(d) at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of insoluble azo type, azo lake type, and phthalocyanine type organic pigments having an average size of 0.01 to 2 .mu.m in an amount of 0.1 to 15% by weight based on the total solids in the coating composition and in a weight ratio of the pigment to the fumed silica of 0.01 to 1.0; and(e) 40% or more of a ketone type organic solvent in the coating composition.

    摘要: The object is to suppress deterioration in electrical characteristics in a semiconductor device comprising a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. In a transistor in which a channel layer is formed using an oxide semiconductor, a p-type silicon layer is provided in contact with a surface of the oxide semiconductor layer. Further, the p-type silicon layer is provided in contact with at least a region of the oxide semiconductor layer, in which a channel is formed, and a source electrode layer and a drain electrode layer are provided in contact with regions of the oxide semiconductor layer, over which the p-type silicon layer is not provided.

    摘要: A secondary battery system comprises a secondary battery which receives regenerative electric power from a motor, a heat storage unit (heat storage device) which converts a part of electric power stored in the secondary battery or the regenerative electric power from the motor into heat and stores the heat, and which supplies the stored heat to the secondary battery when a temperature of the secondary battery is less than a low-temperature-side threshold value which is set in advance when the electric power is extracted from the secondary battery, and an electric power distribution controller (ECU) which distributes the regenerative electric power from the motor to the secondary battery and the heat storage unit (heat storage device) when the temperature of the secondary battery is less than the low-temperature-side threshold value when the secondary battery receives the regenerative electric power from the motor.
