    摘要: A method for machining a workpiece in which a machine tool comprising a first and a second chuck devices is employed to machine the workpiece, the machine tool being used in which the first and the second chuck devices comprise a chuck main body, plural chuck jaws, a chuck jaw drive body, and a pressing member, the method comprising: machining a clamp part of the other end part of the workpiece in a state where one end part of the workpiece is clamped by the first chuck device; machining a clamp part of the one end part of the workpiece in a state where the clamp part of the other end part of the workpiece is clamped by the second chuck device; and executing desired machining on the workpiece in a state where each of the clamp parts are clamped by each of the chuck devices.

    摘要: A machine tool tier machining a bar-shaped workpiece loaded in a first orientation includes first and second chucks, first and second driving parts, a machining tool and a control part. Each of the first and second chucks has a workpiece drop opening that opens toward the outside in a radial direction from a middle portion of the first or second chuck. The first and second driving parts are respectively provided to rotate the first and second chucks. The machining tool is configured to machine the workpiece clamped by at least one of the first and second chucks. The control part is configured to control clamping of the workpiece by the first and second chucks and to control rotation angles of the first and second chucks by the first and second driving parts to change an orientation of the workpiece from the first orientation to a second orientation.

    摘要: [Problems to be Solved]To provide a sputtering target that is capable of forming a Cu—Ga film to which Na is favorably added by a sputtering method, and a method for producing the same.[Means to Solve the Problems]The sputtering target is provided wherein 20 to 40 at % of Ga, 0.05 to 2 at % of Na, and 0.025 to 1.0 at % of S are contained and a remaining portion has a component composition consisting of Cu and unavoidable impurities. Also, a method for producing the sputtering target includes the step of hot pressing a mixed powder of Na2S powder and Cu—Ga alloy powder or a mixed powder of Na2S powder, Cu—Ga alloy powder, and pure Cu powder in a vacuum atmosphere or an inert gas atmosphere or sintering a mixed powder of Na2S powder and Cu—Ga alloy powder or a mixed powder of Na2S powder, Cu—Ga alloy powder, and pure Cu powder by hot isostatic pressing.

    摘要: An apparatus for machining both inside and outside of a hollow workpiece (16) to impart thereto inner and outer curved surfaces that are contoured to be non-circular is disclosed. It includes workpiece supports (10, 11) that clamp the workpiece oriented substantially vertically from its opposite upper and lower sides to support it rotatably about its axis extending substantially vertically. A C-axis drive (18) acts on the workpiece supports to rotate the workpiece about that workpiece axis. The workpiece supports are driven by a Z-axis drive to move the workpiece in a direction of that workpiece axis. Also included are an exterior machining unit (24) having a cutting tool (26) arranged to be movable in a direction of X-axis that is orthogonal to the workpiece axis, and an interior machining unit (25) having a cutting tool (33) arranged to be movable in a direction of U-axis that is parallel to the X-axis. The cutting tool (26) in the exterior machining unit can be positioned to lie outside of the workpiece for to shape an outer surface of the workpiece while the cutting tool (33) in the interior machining unit can be inserted into the inside of the workpiece from an end side thereof to shape an inner surface of the workpiece.

    摘要: An exchange data communication determining unit determines, based on a received reception wireless frame, whether or not a communication partner is an exchange partner with which the exchange data can be exchanged. Receiving a notice that exchange of the exchange data is possible, a data communication control unit executes a process for giving/receiving the exchange data. A machine identification information registration unit stores an MAC address of a portable game machine in an MAC address list saving area. Again, the wireless frame transmitting/receiving unit sets a transmission wireless frame and executes an exchange partner searching process. An exchange data communication determining unit determines whether or not an MAC address included in the received reception wireless frame is registered with the MAC address list saving area, and if it is registered, the data communication is terminated.
