    摘要: Noise caused by a mechanical vibration with a vibrator feeder is reduced in a small flow rate powder supplying device. An adverse effect caused by the noise is reduced and a flow rate accuracy is increased. Its responding characteristic is made fast. A powder hopper, a ultrasonic motor, supplying pipes and tube are supported by a supporting member held by a weighing device provided with a weight sensor. A weight signal of a weight sensor is amplified by an amplifier provided with a low pass filter. It is sampled with an A/D converter and converted into a digital value. A flow rate of powder is calculated by a CPU, a motor driving part is controlled and an amplitude of the ultrasonic motor is adjusted in such a way that a flow rate of the powder may become a target value.

    摘要: A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine includes a heat exchanger that has a heat exchanging wall between a liquefied fuel passage and an engine coolant passage. Heated and vaporized fuel flowing out from the liquefied fuel passage of the heat exchanger is supplied to the internal combustion engine. A flow rate of liquefied fuel supplied to the liquefied fuel passage of the heat exchanger is set. A flow rate of engine coolant supplied to the engine coolant passage of the heat exchanger is determined on the basis of a temperature of the engine coolant supplied to the engine coolant passage of the heat exchanger such that nucleate boiling or transition boiling of the liquefied fuel in the set flow rate occurs near a boundary between nucleate boiling and transition boiling in the liquefied fuel passage.

The tube that projects laterally from the side feed fuel pump is formed of the overall housing that jointly encloses both the pump section and the motor section. Inner space of the tube forms an intake port, and the intake port communicates a side intake passage formed in the pump casing with an exterior of the fuel pump. A fuel filter can be easily attached to the tube. The tube may be formed by pressing metal plate or integrally molded with a main portion of the overall housing by resin material.

    摘要: The fuel injection valve of the present invention is constituted such that a needle valve 5 and a movable core 4 are movably disposed in an axial direction in the inside of a body 1. Here, a fixed member 8 which the movable core 4 approaches at the time of closing the valve is disposed in the body 1, and a gap is formed between the movable core 4 and the fixed member 8 at the time of closing the valve. When fuel remaining in the gap between the movable core 4 and the fixed member 8 is pressurized according to the movement of the movable core 4 to the valve closing side, a squeezing portion SB1 is disposed at a portion which constitutes a passage for the fuel extruded from the gap. At the time of closing the valve, a squeezing reaction force (reaction force against the squeezing-out force or pushing-out force generated at the time of pressurizing a liquid and squeezing a liquid through the gap) is generated on the movable core 4. Since the squeezing reaction force is increased in an inversely proportional manner to the cube of the size of the gap between the movable core 4 and the fixed member 8, even when the gap between two opposing surface (that is, the gap between the proximal end surface of the fixed member 8 and the distal end surface of the movable core 4) is small, a large squeezing reaction force is generated. Further, a braking is quickly applied to the movable core 4 and and the needle valve 5 due to this squeezing reaction force just slightly before the point of time when the valve is closed.

An AC voltage is applied to the piezo-electric elements through the electrodes. The vibrator may generate a complex vibration of the primary extending or retracting vibration and a secondary flex vibration, a lower end of the horn part is rotationally vibrated at an elliptical orbit indicated. The elliptical orbit has an elongated diameter extending in a lateral direction. The vibrator is made such that the inserting end of the shaft having the upper end flange part fixed thereto supports a section of the complex vibration of the vibrator. The powder fed from the resilient tube is promoted in a leftward direction as viewed in the figure under an elliptical motion of the bottom surface of the hole.
