    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a stereoscopic video recording method, a stereoscopic video recording medium, a stereoscopic video reproducing method, a stereoscopic video recording apparatus, and a stereoscopic video reproducing apparatus that are capable of more optimally performing recording and reproduction of stereoscopic video. According to one solving means of the present invention, a stereoscopic video recording method records, in a recording medium, stereoscopic video including left-eye images (2) and right-eye images (1) utilizing parallax information, by using a stereoscopic video recording apparatus (6). From video content that contains stereoscopic images, the method grasps the amount of variation in parallactic angle having a given or larger value, a variation time that the variation in parallactic angle takes, and the number of times that the variation in parallactic angle occurs. The method then calculates an evaluation value that corresponds to the degree of eye fatigue on the basis of the amount of variation, the variation time, and the number of times of the variation, encodes the video content in such a manner that the evaluation value is within a given range, and records the encoded video content in the recording medium.

    摘要: In an optical disk storing digital image information in the form of a succession of blocks, each comprising a plurality of frames comprising I-, P- and B-pictures, wherein an address format is preformatted in front of the block of image information of said plurality of frames, and the data arrangement within each image information blocks is such that I- and P-pictures are collectively disposed. The position of the I-pictures within each block is shifted from one block to another. The I-picture data may be divided into fraction according to the position on the screen, the DCT frequency, or layering, and the fractional I-picture data may be arranged in the image information blocks, and a header or parity signal is recorded in front of each fractional I-picture data. With such a configuration, it is possible to increase the speed of fast playback, and realize smooth playback picture.

    摘要: A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus for recording a desired sound or picture signal to a magnetic tape by a magnetic head. At the time of normal-speed recording and reproduction, the magnetic tape is taken up at a constant speed, but by changing the tape travelling speed of the tape on the rotary drum, DTF control and high-speed noiseless reproduction are enabled. The tension of the tape on the entrance side of the rotary drum is controlled to a desired value. This apparatus includes a tape tension actuator and a tape drawing actuator on the entrance side and on the exit side, respectively, of the rotary drum. In DTF control, both tape actuators correct a tracking error of the tape in cooperation with each other. In high-speed noiseless reproduction, both tape actuators are differentially driven so as to lower the tape travelling speed on the rotary drum. Both tape actuators are driven in feedback control using the modern control.
