    摘要: A three-phase bridge inverter for controlling a motor with a variable speed includes a drive circuit therefor and an overcurrent protection circuit on one integrated chip. The inverter IC can be operated by directly inputting a direct current obtained by rectifying commercial 100 V. Thus, the inverter chip reduces the size and the weight of a system, improves the usability, lowers the cost thereof and permits mass production fabrication. Also, the life of the IC is increased by detecting current flowing through the inverter and the temperature of the chip and stopping the operation, when an abnormality is found.

    摘要: The switching of the positive (or pullup power) and negative (or pulldown power) semiconductor elements, are controlled by driving circuits which are in turn controlled by level shift circuits which have a first current control circuit and a second current control circuit coupled in parallel and this parallel connection is coupled in series with the control N-channel MOSFET of a current mirror circuit in a circuit loop arrangement with a control power supply. The first and second current control circuits are responsive to first and second control pulses of pulse widths t.sub.1 and t.sub.1 +t.sub.2, in accordance with a driving signal such that the first current control circuit supplies a first current level to the control N-channel MOSFET during the first time period t.sub.1 and the second current control circuit supplies a second current level, smaller than that of the first current level, thereto for a predetermined time period t.sub.1 +t.sub.2 thereby resulting in a current flow through the controlled N-channel MOSFET of the current mirror circuit of a current value corresponding to the sum of the first and second current levels. The controlled N-channel MOSFET, providing ON/OFF control of a P channel MOSFET, is disposed in a second circuit loop which is powered by a high voltage power supply. This P-channel MOSFET, coupled to the high voltage power supply, supplies an output signal to a load in response to the current flowing through the controlled N-channel MOSFET.

    摘要: The invention relates to a power supply system having plural converters connected in parallel. The current of each of the plural converters is detected and each of the converters is controlled so as to match each of the converters to a maximum current value from among the detected current values. In the parallel converters, when one or more converter fails, having an output current of zero, the remaining converters are each partially charged equally to maintain the load current. Since a common bus is arranged between plural converters and plural loads, it is possible to carry out a redundant operation having a high reliability. Since a stable output can be obtained without being affected by the failed converter, a power supply system having the redundancy and the high reliability can be attained.

    摘要: A flat transformer has a coil body. The coil body is formed by winding plural insulated conductive wires. Each of the plural insulated conductive wires has a conductor having a circular shaped cross-section, and an outer peripheral portion of the conductor is coated by an insulating coating. A part of plural insulated conductive wires is used to form a primary winding and the remainder of the plural insulated conductive wires is used to form a secondary winding. A flat transformer may also have plural coil bodies. The plural coil bodies may be wound at plural stages. A part of the plural coil bodies is may be used to form a primary winding and the remainder of plural coil bodies may be used to form a secondary winding. The flat transformer can operate stably at a high frequency with a small loss.

    摘要: Apparatus built-in backup power supply system has a “peak cut” function for sharing a part of the load current at the time of a peak load using a secondary battery. For this purpose, a two-way DC—DC converter 5 and the secondary battery 4 are installed on the DC output side of the AC-DC converter 3, and that portion of the load current that exceeds a predetermined peak cut level is discharged from the secondary battery 4 during peak loading. When the load is less than the predetermined cut level, the secondary battery 4 is charged from the AC-DC converter 3 via the two-way DC—DC converter 5. A suitable peak cut level is determined according to the state of charge of the secondary battery and load pattern, and is changed dynamically.

    摘要: A diode, a condenser and a switching element are connected to a primary winding of a flat type transformer such as a wire type transformer. A citation energy discharged during an off-condition of the switching element, namely a reset period of the transformer, is accumulated in the condenser. An output voltage is obtained from the condenser. Two system direct current voltage output can be obtained from one transformer. Since the two system direct current voltage output can be obtained from the transformer having a pair of a primary winding and a secondary winding, the volume and the weight of the transformer can be reduced and the compact and the slim of the machine apparatus being mounted can be contributed. Making the small winding ratio of the transformer, the copper loss of the transformer can be reduced. By using MOS synchronous rectification, the loss in the circuit can be reduced. It is unnecessary to select highly the switching frequency.
