    摘要: An apparatus for projecting electromagnetic radiation onto a curing surface. The apparatus includes a housing containing the curing surface. The housing also includes a source of electromagnetic radiation and an elongate primary concave reflector. The source of electromagnetic radiation is positioned within an expanse defined by the primary reflector. The housing also includes a secondary reflector positioned adjacently exterior to the primary reflector expanse. The primary reflector and the secondary reflector operate to reflect and redirect radiation emanating from said source onto said curing surface.

The shielded radiation assembly includes a support structure and a radiation shield supported on the support structure.     摘要: The present invention provides a high power LED electro-optic assembly (40) including conductive heat sink (18) and an LED (14) mounted at one end of the heat sink. The LED (14) is in electrical engagement with the heat sink (18). The assembly (40) also includes a reflector (2) mounted at the other end of the heat sink. An insulating bond material (19) is provided between the reflector and the sink. The assembly (40) further includes a conductive bonding pin (15) extending through the reflector (12) and is in conductive engagement therewith and an electrical engagement (16) which electrically engages the pin (15) to the LED (14). Finally, an electric sleeve assembly (30) where the sleeve (32) is coated with an electrical insulating coating (34) is applied to the LED electro-optic assembly.

    摘要: An inverter circuit for providing an AC driver voltage for a capacitive load from a DC input voltage. The circuit uses a pair of balanced transistors supplying a split primary winding of a transformer, a feedback winding thereof being coupled thereto to supply a feedback signal to the transistor inputs. Resistors are used to optimize inverter efficiency by adjusting transformer saturation and the DC bias of the drive transistors. A capacitor is connected across the two primaries to provide harmonic suppression an aid in starting the inverter. A second capacitor, connected from base to collector of the transistors opposite the transistor with DC bias being introduced, provides suppression of undesirable high frequencies which will occur if this capacitor is not present. The AC output is supplied from the secondary winding of the transformer.
