This invention is directed to a process for removing a catalyst inhibitor from a substrate or catalytic converter containing at least one nitrogen oxide (NOx) catalyst using a phosphoric acid composition. The process is particularly suited for removing the catalyst inhibitor, arsenic, from a fly ash-coated substrate or converter. A substantial amount of catalyst inhibitor can be removed from a fly ash-coated catalytic converter without removing a significant portion of one or more of the NOx reduction catalysts in or on the substrate.

A BiCMOS non-inverting buffer circuit (40) with small fan-in capacitance and excellent bipolar output drive. The circuit is ideal for buffering CMOS logic gates from excessive fan-out loads. The circuit also is less complex and more silicon efficient than present buffer circuit implementations, it provides improved transient saturation charge clamping and one buffer macro in an ASIC library can provide extended drive capability to all CMOS logic gates in the library.

Several cables extend between a buoyant body to be moored and the sinker on the sea bed. Intermediate spacing members hold the cables apart from one another to maintain the configuration. At zero rotation when the tether formation itself is in equilibrium half the number of cables exert a clockwise torque and half exert an equal and opposite anticlockwise torque. Any small rotation of the moored body causes the tension to increase in the cables opposing such rotation and to decrease in the other cables, so the body is restored to the equilibrium position. The tether thus exhibits high torsional stability. Cables can be configured to enable the tether to tilt relative to the buoyant body or sinker whilst still retaining high torsional stability.
