    摘要: An optical filter is provided on a first thermo-module whose temperature is controlled to be constant, via a base. Accordingly, a wavelength discrimination characteristic of the optical filter and an optical isolator can be stabilized, thereby realizing more accurate wavelength locking. Further, a second thermo-module is provided on the first thermo-module whose temperature is controlled to be constant. Accordingly, the temperature control range of the second thermo-module can be expanded, and hence the wavelength variable range of a semiconductor laser device provided on the second thermo-module via a base and a submount can be expanded.

    摘要: A superconducting wire is formed by twisting a bundle of a plurality of superconducting material filaments in which one material filament is arranged in a central portion of the filament bundle and a plurality of other material filaments arranged outside the central material filament so as to surround the central one. The filament bundle is twisted in that the central material filament is substituted with another one of outer material filaments one by one in order periodically during a twisting process along an axial direction of the filament bundle. A super-conducting cable is formed by twisting a bundle of a plurality of superconducting material wires with each other about a core member arranged at a central portion of the bundle and each of the superconducting material wire is essentially composed of the material filaments of the characters described above, wherein substituting positions of the central material filaments and outer material filaments in the respective superconducting material wires are shifted with each other along an axial direction of the material wire bundle.

    摘要: It is an object to provide a cooling device with an increased leeward cooling capacity without increasing the number of heat radiation fins to be installed and the amount of cooling air.The cooling device comprises a heat-receiving block thermally connected to a heat-generating element and heat radiation fin groups having a plurality of fins thermally connected to the heat-receiving block. A flow of cooling air is set in the direction parallel to the heat-receiving block. The plurality of heat radiation fin groups are arranged in tandem along the flow direction of the cooling air. Of the plurality of the heat radiation fin groups, the fin pitch of the heat radiation fin group arranged on the windward side of the cooling air is larger than the fin pitch of the heat radiation fin group arranged on the leeward side of the cooling air.

    摘要: Provided are coating composition containing an organic polymer particle (A) composed of an organic polymer having a hydroxyl group and a cationic group in a molecule, the weight average particle size of which being 10 to 35 μm, and a base resin (B), wherein the content of the organic polymer particle (A) is 0.5 to 5.0% by weight in the solid content of the coating composition, and a method of producing the same, and a coating film and underwater structure using the coating composition.
