摘要: In a motor drive injection unit and a motor drive injection method, which can obtain an injection speed suitable for a molding material having fast solidifying speed as well as can securely carry out pressure keeping for a predetermined period of time while making a position of an injection piston unmovable after injection and filling are completed, a molding material in a cylinder is injected into a metal mold by converting a rotational motion of an electric servo motor into a reciprocating motion of an injection piston in the cylinder through a plunger with a ball screw, a surge pressure control means is provided for placing the injection piston in the cylinder in an unmovable state when at least a predetermined amount of a load is applied to the injection piston by the molding material in the cylinder, the surge pressure control means includes a combination of rotation control means of the electric servo motor and an upward movement suppression mechanism of the injection piston, and further, an injection speed of the injection piston is increased by providing a time difference between initial motions of the plunger and the injection piston.

摘要: Metal materials made of iron (Fe) or the like are butted together at a joint, and a probe of a rotary tool is inserted into the joint. The rotary tool is rotated while being moved in the lengthwise direction of the joint, whereby the metallographic structure of the joint is stirred, and the metal materials are joined. While the rotary tool is being rotated and moved, liquid CO2 is supplied to the joint and the rotary tool. Electromagnetic valves are suitably opened and closed so that nozzles discharge the liquid CO2 from the rear in the movement direction of the rotary tool. Supplying the liquid CO2 to the joint and the rotary tool reduces wear of the rotary tool, and also increases the joining strength of the joint.

摘要: A motorcycle tire comprises a tread portion curved convexly such that the maximum cross section width TW of the tire lies between the tread edges, a carcass ply of cords arranged radially at an angle of 70 to 90 degrees to the tire equator, and a belt ply of at least one cord laid at an angle of 0 to 35 degrees disposed radially outside the carcass ply in the tread portion. When the tire is mounted on a standard rim and inflated from 10% of a standard inner pressure to 100% thereof, the tread portion swells such that the amount of swelling is larger in a shoulder region than a crown region of the tread portion. The carcass cord tension Tcs in the shoulder region is 2.0 to 3.8 times the carcass cord tension Tcc in the crown region, and the belt cord tension Tbs in the shoulder region is 1.2 to 2.0 times the belt cord tension Tbc in the crown region.

摘要: A transparent electroluminescent display panel overlaps at least a part of a conventional instrument panel, and forms a combined display panel assembly. Overlapping front and back panel displays are selectively displayed. The front electroluminescent panel displays additional information such as navigation maps, and is turned off when such additional information is not required while the back panel is turned on. The present invention eliminates undesirable reflected images of the back panel vaguely shown on the front panel when the front panel is on and the back panel is off. A light attenuator, eliminates the reflected images. It decreases the intensity of light emitted from the front panel to the back panel, and is disposed between the back and the front panels or built into the electroluminescent panel, so that the reflected images are eliminated.
