The body component may be a vehicle cross member, such as for reinforcing a radiator grill opening. The crash sensor is molded into the body component together with connections and/or connecting lines and/or plug-in connections and/or electronic circuit board. The crash sensor may be encased in a protective layer prior to being molded into the body component.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a concentrator for concentrating solar radiation and to the production thereof from polymeric materials. The concentrator according to the invention can be used in photovoltaically or in particular in solar thermally usable systems. The concentrator according to the invention allows for the efficient concentration of solar radiation onto objects such as solar cells, independent of the geometry thereof. This relates, for example, to the surface of a solar cell as it is used in concentrating photovoltaics, and also an absorber tube as it is used in concentrating solar heating, for example in the scope of the parabolic trough technology.

    摘要: A length adjustable steering column module for a motor vehicle has a support beam attachable to the motor vehicle. The module includes a steering column rotatable about a longitudinal axis, and has an upper and a lower steering tube. The upper steering tube is displaceable in the direction of the longitudinal axis and is non-rotatably connected to the lower steering tube. An adjusting device adjusts the distance of the upper steering tube from the lower steering tube. A jacket tube has an annular area, a crash member, and an upper and a lower end portion, the upper end portion grasps around the upper steering tube, and axially fixes and rotatably supports the upper steering tube. A central bearing is disposed between the annular area and the upper steering tube. The crash member, located between the central bearing and the lower end portion, shortens in the event of an accident.

    摘要: The steering column module for a motor vehicle comprises a steering column and a device for the longitudinal and/or inclination adjustment of the steering column. This device for adjustment comprises a control circuit and is equipped with at least one electric motor of the device for adjustment. The steering column module furthermore comprises a clamping device, which is connected to the control circuit and equipped with an electric motor of the clamping device for the actuation of the clamping device between a normally provided clamping position and a release position. In the method, the clamping device is first actuated until it is in the release position and is held in the release position; only then follows an adjustment of the adjustment device until the desired longitudinal and/or inclination adjustment of the steering column has been reached. Thereafter the clamping device is allowed to go back to the clamping position.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a concentrator for focusing solar radiation, having surface structuring in the form of one or more Fresnel lenses on the lower side, and to the production thereof from polymeric materials by means of a specific extrusion process. The inventive concentrator can be employed in plants utilizable for photovoltaic or solar heating purposes, and has the required durability and performance in demanding climatic zones. The inventive concentrator enables particularly economic production and efficient concentration of solar radiation onto objects such as solar cells or absorber units, irrespective of the geometry thereof. The inventive concentrator has high longevity and—combined with this—high optical performance when employed in extreme and demanding climatic zones. This relates, for example, to the area of a high-performance solar cell used in concentrating photovoltaics, and likewise to an absorber tube which finds use in concentrating solar thermal collector, for example in the context of parabolic trough technology.

    摘要: A cryostat (1) with a magnet coil system including superconductors for the production of a magnet field B0 in a measuring volume (3) has a plurality of radially nested solenoid-shaped coil sections (4, 5, 6) and which are electrically connected in series, at least one of which being an LTS section (5, 6) with a conventional low temperature superconductor (LTS) and at least one of which being an HTS section (4) including a high temperature superconductor (HTS), wherein the magnet coil system is located in a helium tank (9) of the cryostat (1) along with liquid helium at a helium temperature TL. The apparatus is characterized in that a chamber (11) is provided within which the HTS sections (4) are held having an internal portion with a sufficiently low pressure such that helium located therein at a temperature of TL is gaseous. The cryostat in accordance with the invention can be utilized to maintain HTS coil sections over a long period of time in a reliable fashion.
