    摘要: A wind driven electrical power generating apparatus includes a rotor rotating by receiving wind force, a gear assembly having an input shaft connected to the rotor, a generator connected to an output shaft of the gear assembly, a sensor for detecting generating capacity of the generator and a controller for varying gear ratio of the gear assembly based on a signal from the sensor. In this construction, the controller controls so that the generator keeps rotating at around the lowest rotational speed within a range of rotational speed, the range being determined so as to include a maximum power operation region of the generator. Alternatively, the controller controls so that rotational speed of the output shaft of the gear assembly is adjusted to at around the lowest rotational speed within a range of rotational speed, the range being determined so as to include a rated power region as an upper operational limit.

    摘要: Plating 5 having good slide friction characteristics is applied onto the pocket surfaces 4a1, 4a2, which are opposite each other in the circumferential direction of the pockets 4a of the carrier and onto the end face 4a3 in the axial direction. It is possible to improve the lubrication conditions at the contacting area of the outer circumferential surface of the planetary rollers and the pocket surface 4a1 of the carrier 4 by coating the plating 5 having good slide friction characteristics onto the pocket surfaces 4a1,4a2 of the pocket 4 of the carrier 4 and further onto the end face 4a3. That is, the friction force at the contacting area is able to be decreased by the plating 5 having good friction characteristics, whereby even in a case where the contacting area is lubricated with a little lubricant, thermal deterioration of the lubricant due to heat generation of the contacting area is suppressed and good lubrication actions can be expected.

    摘要: A friction type continuously variable transmission has double cones kept in contact with an input shaft and a drive cone and is capable of transmitting the rotation of the input shaft to an output shaft so that the output shaft rotates at a higher speed than the input shaft. A mechanism is provided for preventing the double cones from rotating about the input shaft and from coming off of their support shafts. A stay is mounted on a carrier supporting the double cones. The stay carries a guide roller bearing received in a guide fixed to a housing of the transmission. The stay thus prevents the rotation of the carrier while allowing only its axial movement. A stopper surface is provided at one end of the guide to restrict the axial movement of the carrier within a predetermined range.

The drive device includes: a speed reduction unit including an input shaft driven by an electric motor; a hub unit rotationally driven by the speed reduction unit; and a housing. The input shaft of the speed reduction unit is supported by bearings provided at two locations in the axial direction. The bearings are both supported by the output member, and the PCD of the inboard-side hub bearing of the hub bearings disposed at the two locations in the axial direction of the hub unit is larger than the PCD of the outboard-side hub bearing.

    摘要: A vehicular motor drive device is provided with an electric motor and a speed reducer having two gear trains capable of switching a fixed gear ratio. Driving force curves, which are determined depending on an output characteristic of the motor and represent a relationship between an output rotation speed in the respective gear train and an output torque, which is obtainable maximally at such output rotation speed, have a constant torque curve section, a gradually decreasing torque curve section and a constant speed curve section. The gear trains have respective speed reduction ratios such that the driving force curve of a gear train having a larger speed reduction ratio and the driving force curve of a gear train having a smaller speed reduction ratio continue to and partially overlap with each other in the gradually decreasing torque curve sections.
