    摘要: An electric double-layer capacitor includes a cylindrical case having a bottom, a side surface, and an opening, a capacitor element accommodated in the case, the capacitor element, a driving electrolyte accommodated in the case, and a terminal plate provided at the opening of the case. The capacitor element includes a first electrode and a second electrode extending in a direction opposite to the first electrode. The second electrode is joined to the bottom of the case. The first and second electrodes are tilted away from the center axis of the capacitor element. In this electric double-layer capacitor, electrodes of the capacitor element are connected to the case and sealing plate reliably.

    摘要: A capacitor includes a wound element, and externally take-out electrode members corresponding respectively to a first pole and a second pole and connected to each one of end faces of the wound element. This capacitor features that the wound element is positively fixed to the externally take-out electrode members, and has advantageously a small internal resistance. Collectors in inner circumference region of the wound element are bent in an opposite direction to a core of a winding shaft, and collectors in an outer circumference region are bent toward the core of the winding shaft. End faces of these collectors are connected to a lid, thereby forming a first pole of the capacitor, and end faces of those collectors are connected to a housing, thereby forming a second pole of the capacitor.

    摘要: A reliable capacitor module is provided which can solve the following problem: when a plurality of capacitors is mounted on a wiring board, the wiring board is distorted and deformed by the weight and cracks appear on mounting holes and the main body of the wiring board. The bottoms of metallic cases of the capacitors are fit in recesses formed on a mounting plate. In this state, lead wires drawn from the upper surfaces of the capacitors are electrically connected via the wiring board. With this configuration, a weight load of the plurality of capacitors is not applied at all, thereby preventing distortion and deformation of the wiring board and vibration causing cracks on the main body of the wiring board.

    摘要: A pressure control valve provided on a terminal plate of a capacitor includes a filter, a valve body and a cap. The filter is provided so as to close a through-hole disposed in a terminal plate and is composed of a gas permeable sheet preventing permeation of the electrolyte solution. The valve body formed of an elastic material has a cylindrical part and a bottom part, and is disposed so that the bottom part covers the through-hole of the terminal plate. The cap is fixed to the terminal plate, covers the valve body and holds the valve body in a composed state with respect to the terminal plate. The cap is provided with a vent hole. The valve body and the filter are provided apart from each other.

    摘要: A pressure regulating valve is provided on a terminal plate of a capacitor. This pressure regulating valve includes a gas permeable sheet, a valve body made of silicone rubber, a packing, and a cap. The gas permeable sheet that prevents permeation of electrolyte is provided so as to close a hole created in a terminal plate. The packing is interposed between the valve body and the gas permeable sheet, and is made of an elastic material with moisture permeation resistance higher than that of silicone rubber. The cap is fixed onto the terminal plate and covers the valve body and the packing such that the valve body and the packing are retained in a compressed state with respect to the terminal plate. The valve body and the packing are provided away from the gas permeable sheet.

    摘要: A conductive paste having excellent printing properties, which can be used for manufacturing heat-resistant conductors and resistive elements, is described. Such a conductive paste can be obtained by preparing as a binder a polyimide precursor whose weight average degree of polymerization (n) ranges from 5 to 20, and mixing it with a solvent and a conductive powder. The polyimide precursor preferably is included in the range from 50 to 80 weight parts to 100 weight parts of the solvent. A polar solvent, or a mixed solvent including a polar solvent and a nonpolar solvent can be used. A preferable mixed solvent is a mixture of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, in which the mixing volume ratio is preferably ranging from 2:8 to 9:1, more preferably, 2:8 to 3:7.
