    摘要： When some failure has been detected as a result of self diagnosis in first and second sound playback units (20, 30), a nonvolatile memory (48) in a control unit (40) stores device, product, and error codes, and a predetermined pattern for informing that failure is displayed on a panel display device (12). The stored codes can be displayed on the panel display device (12) in response to predetermined first operation, and when input operation for operating the disabled unit is made at a control panel (10), the CPU 46 re-displays the predetermined pattern for informing the failure on the display device with reference to the stored codes.

    摘要： A discharge-lamp lighting device has a housing with a power supply socket formed therein and accommodating a printed circuit board with a coil case having a primary coil formed by plural parallel plate-conductors insert-molded around the body thereof and a discharge lamp socket integrally fitted thereon and including a secondary coil therein. A lamp lighting circuit is formed by mounting the coil case on the printed circuit board. The discharge lamp lighting device is formed as a single solid device by potting all the components in the housing with insulating resin poured in a melted state and solidified therein, thus eliminating the need of providing a high-voltage cable between the circuitry and the lamp socket.

    摘要： The present invention discloses a prepreg sheet for flake lining and a lining process using the same.The prepreg sheet for flake lining according to the present invention comprises a sheet made of a matrix resin containing a curing agent and a thickening agent and flakes dispersed in the matrix resin in a state nearly parallel to the surface of the sheet.The lining process using a prepreg sheet for flake lining according to the present invention comprises the following steps:(1) a step of conditioning the surface of a substrate,(2) a step of forming a primer layer on the conditioned surface,(3) a step of bonding a prepreg sheet for flake lining comprising a sheet made of a matrix resin containing a thickening agent and a curing agent and flakes dispersed in the matrix resin in a state nearly parallel to the surface of the sheet onto the primer layer, and(4) a step of curing the matrix resin of the prepreg sheet.

    摘要： To provide a high-efficient apparatus for minimizing the volume of dust to be buried in the ground or processed in incineration process by crushing a waste article such as wasted electric appliances, separating an individual material component, and discriminating and extracting valuable resources. Motor and other waste articles separated at a metallic lump separation station are cooled down by a cooling apparatus, and put into a soft crushing apparatus where articles are crushed at low temperature. After the residual articles, including housing and so on are crushed primarily by the coarse crushing apparatus, they are forwarded to the soft crushing apparatus. The coarse crushing apparatus mainly supplies the shear action and, on the other hand, the soft crushing apparatus uses a mixed and integrated mechanical interaction other than shear action including compression, friction, twist and distortion actions, which results that a composite material structure is broken down and separated into individual material components and that those material components are processed by individual materials in the later process done by the metallic material separation apparatus and the plastic material separation apparatus. Almost all parts of the large-size waste article can be recovered and used for recycle resources as well as the volume of dust composed of small-size particles can be minimized.
