The method includes forming a microlens array under a film, forming a transparent electrode layer on the film so as to oppose the microlens array, and forming a grid electrode between the film and the transparent electrode layer or on the transparent electrode layer. Herein, the grid electrode and the microlens array are formed on the both sides of the film by performing at least one of an inkjet printing process, a roll-to-roll printing process, a screen printing process, and a stamping printing process.

    摘要: Provided are a biosensor and a method of fabricating the same. The biosensor has a transistor structure including a gate electrode formed on a substrate, a gate insulating layer formed on the gate electrode, source and drain electrodes formed on the gate insulating layer, and a channel region formed between the source and drain electrodes. Here, the channel region includes an active layer formed of an active polymer sensing an antigen-antibody reaction and a hydrophilic nano particle. The active layer is formed through direct printing, for example, inkjet printing. The biosensor having such a structure can be increased in reactivity between an antigen and an antibody and hydrophilicity to improve the sensor's characteristics, fabricated in a large-area process using direct printing, and further facilitates formation of devices on various substrates formed of, for example, plastic.

    摘要: Provided is a tactile and visual display device enabling visual information and tactile information to be simultaneously sensed. The tactile and visual display device includes: a display unit comprising a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of pixels; a tactile sensation generator mounted over the display unit, transmitting light emitted from the pixels, comprising a transistor electrically connecting a plurality of corresponding pixels formed to correspond to the pixels with adjacent corresponding pixels, and generating an electrostatic force and a magnetostatic force; and a sensor in contact with the corresponding pixels to sense the generated electrostatic force or magnetostatic force. Accordingly, the texture of an image displayed on a display is provided as tactile information using an electrostatic force and a magnetostatic force, so that tactile information as well as visual information of the conventional display may be simultaneously provided.
